I was super impressed that even though they gave us the normal 2-hour block, our tech, Kylin, called me about 30 minutes before our block started and said he was on his way. He got our drain going again within an hour and when our drain backed up again a week later, I was once again impressed when Kylin showed up early and when it looked like the city needed to be involved, he took care of all the phone calls and got us squared away.
