Pipe Pros Utah’s crew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. They replaced a water heater and upgraded the system to be up to code. The company was by far the easiest plumbing company to work with, offering modern text scheduling, low pressure, speedy service, and competitive pricing. One crew member was excellent to work with, jetting a sewer line efficiently and completing the job in 40 minutes. Customers spoke to an actual human and received a fast response. One plumber was respectful, helpful, professional, precise, and accurate, resolving the problem easily and quickly. After hours, another plumber took care of an issue and waived some labor fees since the job was quicker than expected. The office attendant also knew what he was doing. The team was responsive, communicative, and professional, coming out within the hour when a hot water heater died and replacing it by the next business day.
They were quick with scheduling and helped a lot when we needed financing.
They aren’t the best with communicating with each other, but liked how they communicated with us. They answered all our questions.
