“Theodore was amazing. I had a leaking pipe on a Saturday afternoon and needed a plumber fast because I did not want to be without water for a long time. I called ahead to let them know I wanted to use their plumbing service as soon as I got approval, and Theodore, the weekend on-call plumber, stayed in touch with me through Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Once I got approval later that night, he explained that he had two service calls in the morning and would come by right after. He arrived early Sunday morning, quickly turned the main water line back on, and found the source of the leak right away. He repaired it using a better quality pipe material than what I had before, which gave me a lot more confidence in the plumbing repair. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He also shared a few useful plumbing tips, like filling the bathtubs with water before shutting off the main line so there is still water available for the restrooms if something like this happens again. He even pointed out a couple of other plumbing services that could help keep things in good shape. Great service, great communication, and a dependable plumber. I highly recommend them in Layton.“
