“It's been a year since RWK destroyed the back of our house, excavated a precise pit at the rear foundations, and built the most beautiful kitchen, interior stairs, pantry, half bathroom, laundry room, and mud room in its place.

They were responsive, flexible, honest, conscientious, and responsible. Their foreman knew everything and everyone -and everyone we met with talked about his character and integrity.

You'd think, for all that, they would also be the most expensive company. They were not. Furthermore, all costs were laid out, updated as needed, and totaled at each agreed-upon point.

Did everything turn out perfectly and unicorns painted rainbows over our heads? No. It was a major remodel on a house, for Pete's sake. RWK (mostly our foreman) addressed any and all concerns, however -even the few that may have been our fault (say, like a poor decision of flooring).

I recommend them to everyone. Job well done, guys.“

They came when they said they would come, they worked hard, and they finished when they said they would finish. I was so pleased with their work. We called Monday with some info and to request a technician come out and give an assessment. They were here the next day! Not only that, but after concluding that we would need to replace the full unit, we got a fair quote on price, but asked them for some time to do our due diligence. After calling around to 4 other HVAC companies in the valley (all of which quoted significantly higher), we called Brozwood back to ask lead time on install. It’s now Thursday (they were here Wednesday to install) of the same week and I’m writing this review in the coolness of our home.
