The mitigation team worked quickly, communicated well, and did an excellent job throughout the entire process. I simply can’t recommend this company enough!! Every person we spoke/ worked with was the most professional and polite contractor!! The mitigation went incredibly well, and Alex made sure to take extra precautions and work with our insurance to ensure the health and wellness of my family. It was scary to hear there was mold when I have small kids and premature babies around but if I could go back and do it again I would call the guys at five point every time! Baylor on the mitigation team not only made it a point to come bring clean air equipment, but make sure I knew how it worked! I've been very impressed with Baylor and his team as they are working to get our water damage from a leak under control. They've kept things clean and organized and are very effecient and quick time wise. Their coordination with our home insurance has been easy and simple as well.
