Bluerock Builders built our custom dream home and really made house dreams come true. The Owner, Dave, builds with integrity and does what he says he will do. He genuinely enjoys the building process and very regularly provides helpful feedback/ideas that improve the construction details. This mentality starts at the top and is clearly infused through each member of the organization. Our project manager, Duncan, was first class. He collaborated well with the subcontractors and looped us in as necessary to ensure our expectations were met.

I had the chance to meet Dave and his team at Bluerock Builders, and they made a great impression. Professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to quality. They were very friendly, definitely a group I’d recommend and look forward to working with in the near future!
Dave and his Blurock team did a first floor remodel and did an amazing job. Great communication, and awesome subs. Very happy with the quality of work. They always kept us in loop on what was happening, any costs issues and ways to save if possible. Appreciated that they wanted us to get the best quality and workmanship for what our budget allowed. Stayed on time, gave us great advice on materials, design options, and ways to improve the project. Worked very well with our designer. Was a great collaborative experience and Bluerock was quick to address any issues that came up.
