“Mike and his people were so great to work with. I don't have the biggest home to remodel, but I felt like I was treated like his biggest customer. I wanted to maximize the awkward kitchen space I have and Mike put in extra time laying it out until I was satisfied with the design. As a result, I am extremely pleased with the final product. The quality is fantastic and that extra effort makes the whole kitchen chef friendly and comfortable. They also did a bathroom and bar area. Those were relatively simple compared with the kitchen, but also turned out beautiful. We only had one small adjustment issue and Mike had his guy come fix it right away. Those attentions to detail and customer service really matter to me and made the whole process stress free and a pleasure.Updated review:Recently bought a new house with a half finished job by another contractor that was unresponsive. I had such a great experience with Lloyd's in the past that I called them up to come look at what it would take to finish this one. They did a fantastic job making sure everything was completed and all exactly on schedule as promised. DETAILS! Details are so important and Mike's guys pay attention to those details that are the difference between a professionally finished project and those that leave a laundry list of loose ends. I gave them 5 stars last time, and I'll give them another 5, making a total of 10.“

Good thing Bob checked out the handrail because one piece of hardware was broken! That would have been quite dangerous.Now the handrail and the baluster are both perfect!He kept in touch, great communication, did the job right the first time and charged a fair price.We recommend Bob without reservation!“
