We were very impressed with Kyle and the team at RWK. They completed our basement project ahead of schedule and under costs, and were super communicative during the whole process. We especially liked the project plan and how we could see the schedule and what to expect on a daily basis. I’ll admit I was a bit hesitant to contract out our basement project and was considering going DIY, but I’m very happy we went with RWK instead!
We finished our basement with RWK and couldn’t be happier. James showed up on time for the initial walkthrough and had a detailed estimate to us exactly when he said he would. That alone put them ahead of most contractors we talked to.
What really stood out was their flexibility on scope. We wanted to use our own electrician and painter and they had no problem building the bid around that.
Kyle, our project manager, was outstanding. Daily update text every morning and he was on site checking progress almost every day. Never had to chase anyone down or wonder what was happening.
Project finished on time and came in under estimate, even after we went over on our carpet… read full review
The project went better than expected. Claudio was very professional and responsive. We never had to worry about when anything was going to happen. We will be using RWK and requesting Claudio on our next home project.
