I am very happy to write this review- even though it took a moment to get scheduled, once Lance was assigned to fix a door issue- he was great about setting up the appointment, following up, rearranging his schedule and staying late based on my work availability. He was quick, efficient and got the locks to work properly again. I appreciate his flexibility and professionalism.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a security system. Trevor was very friendly and answered all of my questions; he also called me the day after installation to make sure everything worked well. Bobby did the installation and did a stellar job. He was efficient, knowledgeable, affable and cleaned up after himself. He even had to change out my door bell to work with the door camera and did that at no cost to me! Both Trevor and Bobby gave me their cell phone numbers in case of questions or problems. Stand-up guys that represent their employer well.
Bobby did a fantastic job setting up our system. He was quick and answered all my questions. He made sure I understood how to use everything before completing the job. Bobby was kind and professional and is the right person to be one of the faces of Cransten Security. The entire process was so easy and stress free. Bobby was also on time for each appointment and I really appreciated the texts notifying me that he was on his way. Communication is important to us and we feel like we are getting personalized communication with this company. Thank you Bobby for your help and making sure our needs/wants were met!
