We had a tree fall on our house in a terrible windstorm and our insurance recommended BMR and they have been phenomenal. Larry C. and his associate came the same night to be sure we were safe and do initial mitigation. Then we were passed to Vincent S. for reconstruction bids and so far the process has been smooth and on time. Everyone has been understanding and empathetic. Communication has been easy and I truly feel I can ask questions and get honest answers, including the response “let me find out” they have gotten back to me.
Vince with Bull Matrix came out super quick after the insurance adjuster called them and was very friendly when he game to assess all the repair work that would need to be done. He consistently asked if I had any questions to make sure I understand what will be going on with insurance and what the next steps are.
I would definitely recommend Bull Matrix Restoration to repair your damaged home! I had a partial porch roof collapse due to an ice dam falling on it, and my insurance company suggested Bull Matrix to perform the repair, having done business with them previously. They did an excellent job coordinating all of the different subcontractors needed to do the job, and they were in constant contact with me on all phases of the repair. What could have been a nightmare was actually stress-free! Thank you Lori and the Team!
