I would 100% work with Perry Homes again. I am very happy with the home we have purchased. The quality is great, location is great, the community is great, and everyone I have met has been honest and helpful during the process. We didn’t go through their design center and bought a ready to purchase home, but everything was beautifully done and well thought out. Originally, the basement was unfinished, but they were able to finish that for us before we closed and allowed us to make small changes. The timeline and everything was as they said. We didn’t have any problems and they were flexible with us throughout the whole thing. Definitely recommend them!
The best part about our experience with Perry was their builder Lance. He was incredible and so good to work with us when we wanted to add different things. He is very personal and wanted to do what ever he could to help us love our home.
There were a few communication problems but we were able to resolve them. There were also some issues with the stucco color. The color we chose was supposed to be a nice cream, but it turned out to be a yellow peach which is not what we wanted at all. It looked awful. We recently built our home with Perry Homes. Building a new home is always stressful, but we felt very well taken care of by everyone there. They were patient and kind in working through any concerns. Our sales agent went the extra mile many times to go through things with me to help me understand them. Our building supervisor was very good at making sure our house was built right. He gave great attention to details and also went well above what is expected in many areas. He worked closely with all the workers and they did very good work. Our home is beautiful and very well done. We highly recommend Perry Homes and thank Jeannie and Lance very much!!
