I’ve had the opportunity to work with Seth and X3 homes a couple times. There is a level of professionalism that can not be understated. They excel at the small things which in the end, are the big things!

I am the electrical contractor for this builder, and he has an extremely keen eye for detail and builds a very high quality home. As a contractor myself, I see a lot of different builders and Seth does more than most to ensure he is building a quality home. He definitely goes above and beyond the average builder to create a wonderful living environment for the homeowner.
