I went in for a lip flip and I was very pleased with everything. Emily was very nice and it was not very painful. The cost was very reasonable. Asked friends for recommendations on someone who does a great cut (because you really only see reviews on who does great color) and made an appointment with Tomas. Best haircut I've had in years!! Such a nice massage during the shampoo, he asked me all about how I care for and wear my hair and tailored the cut to suit my needs and hair type. It's been such a long time since I finished a cut and genuinely thought my hair looked pretty, but he made it happen!! Plus, I'm a very socially anxious/awkward person, but it was so fun chatting with him the whole time.

I had good service here for an average price but am not looking to return. While the atmosphere of the spot is pretty, the sugar wax service was more painful than services I had elsewhere. Having had male sugar wax, I was a sad to find two ingrown hairs 2 months after service. With the scars and pains of past, I would suggest going only if you need sugar wax.
It wont let me upload my photos, but just know I AM SO PLEASED. I have not let anyone cut my hair as i have been growing it out so as you can imagine i was so nervous to get it cut. I saw Yubia at The Beauty Lounge (such a cute and cozy spot) she made sure i was comfortable and communicated with me to make sure we did exactly what i wanted and i loved that i loved her service and the beautiful cut and style she did. I have been coming here for about 15 years and would never go anywhere else. My technician is knowledgeable in all the products and services offered but most of all treats me with great care. The establishment is super clean and everyone is clearly concerned hygiene using sterilization of equipment and disposables.
Faye does a wonderful job: nails look great and stay on. What I didn’t like was having to pay $10 more for nail length and my nails are not extremely long. I paid over and above $10 if I needed a new nail , etc. . After a couple of visits, the next appointment always came in before my nails were finished so she rushed and did not do a great job. Also repeatedly told them “I will be right with you” several times. I as slays on time for my appointments. She acted like she was losing money on me but I had to pay an extra $10 so I deserved a few extra minutes. By the way my sister and niece see Lynn and there doesnt seem to be a noticeable difference between time she spends on them vs me. I did appreciate her telling me when I should come in again. But….she does a great job when she is not distracted.

After a bad color job another place I frantically took to fb to find a last minute place on a Saturday to help to me redo my hair. Cathy reached out right away and set me up with an appointment. I met her ,told her what I wanted and hair history. She asked me if I would like to try Stephanie, I agreed and couldn't have been happier . I ate sushi next door and I thought hmm I could use a massage. I parked in front of Relax Reflexology and read reviews as a man walked out and I asked how was it. He said awesome. So I tried it. OMG. It was wonderful. The guy found knots and tender spots I didn't know existed. I would cringe and give a thumbs up. It hurt so Good!!! I did the Combo. 30 minutes body and 30 minutes foot massage. Holy cow. Again more knots. It was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and go back. I live an hour south on our ranch. It is worth the drive. Just try them out. I used my Apple translate app for Chinese to thank him. $42.00 You have to be kidding. I normally spend more than that.
I came in originally just looking for some temporary relief from lower back pain with a hot stone massage, but I’m so glad I met Robert. After discussing my pain points, he quickly realized that hot stones weren’t what I actually needed. He asked detailed questions, explained what was going on with my hips and flexors (lots of anatomy talk that made so much sense), and recommended focusing on stretching and releasing tension in my lower body instead.
He was upfront that it might be uncomfortable during the process, and he was right, but the results were immediate. I walked out feeling so much better, both physically and mentally. I had been carrying a lot of negative feelings all week, and this last-minute appointment ended up feeling so intentional and God sent.

Tim and his crew came out and fixed my busted water line under my bathtub. They were very quick and professional. I highly recommend American Plumbing after my experience (even if he is a Longhorn fan). Got all the work done in about three hours and the labor charges were surprisingly reasonable.

Extremely happy with service today! We had a close lightening strike and power failure which led to our hot water heater not working anymore. Being the day before a Holiday we thought we would be without hot water for some time. Our trusted electrician suggested Discount Plumbing. So glad we did! Chris and Daniel came out and changed circut board and 2 heating elements and got it working for a VERY reasonable price. We practically have a brand new water heater after the repairs. Very nice young men. They also gave us a senior discount. Having had some very shady plumbers in the past we are very thankful we found a great new plumber.

Willen is a great company. I had a contract with American Home Sheild who by the way is a worthless rip off company. Willen came out and saw the problem and reported it to home sheild. Home sheild refused to pay for the needed repairs but willen kept calling them and finally convinced them to pay for the repairs. They came out quickly and repaired my three outlets. They were very polite and professional the entire time. I will be using them again the future and just paying out them directly. Can't recommend them enough.
I woke up Saturday and our ceiling fan wasn't working so after having Consumers check their side, I started hunting for an electrician. When I called Byrd Electric, they were able to come out today--not "in a week". With the two electricians, they determined the problem; and thankfully, they were able to fix the problem before it resulted in our house burning down! A junction box's wires had begin melting all the insulation, and if they had touched, we would have had a house fire! So thankful that Byrd was available to diagnose and repair the problem quickly and just as importantly--reasonably! I was expecting a higher bill than what we received so this is definitely a business card I'm keeping! So thankful for Byrd Electric and their troubleshooting and repair!

Not only is Mr Bob Garcia a very knowledgable electrician, he is also a very nice and kind considerate gentleman! I called and explained my predicament and he personally came over with his also very nice wife and diagnosed my issue in minutes. He could have charged me a fair amount for his time, but refused and said "I came to try to help you out!" In these days of some trying to take advantage of others who need a professional, Mr Garcia is a breath of fresh air and I know who I and my friends and family are calling the next time we need an honest, knowledgable, and kind electrician for anything I'm calling Mr. Bob Garcia and I think anyone needing the same should as well. I promise you won't be dissapointed and glad you did! I give a lot of reviews locally and tell it like it is, and when they are bad, I say so, and when they are exceptional, as in Mr. Garcia, I'm proud to share that as well! My kitchen and my husband's closet flooded a few months ago, and we were horrified and overwhelmed at the idea of rebuilding.
Marvin Groves Electric has always done any electrical work for my mother's home. Recently, my mother experienced a short in her sub electrical panel caused by aluminum wiring. I phoned Marvin and explained her situation. Within two hours the same day, Marvin's electrician phoned me to say they were on their way. What a relief that was! I was expecting, possibly the next day or later.The electrician and apprentice arrived quickly. They were both very professional and kind. They quickly assessed the situation and articulated the repairs that needed to be made. They explained that to do the repairs correctly where copper meets aluminum, they needed to return to the shop for special "lug" fastners, wire, etc. They returned promptly and proceeded directly to making the repairs. They completed the repairs, cleaned up the work area and thanked my mother.Glory hallelujah! Nathan and Jacob and there team did a great job in keeping us in the know when working on our foundation. Even though the scope of work changed several times due to our house having a couple add ons. Even though the weather didn’t work out as planned they keep the work environment clean and professional.

I feel so much better now; tingling and numbness in my feet is greatly reduced to almost nonexistent as well as the shooting pain down my legs (that mostly occurred at night) making a good night's sleep more difficult. Dr. Cartwright and his team, Eric, Cindy, Brenda and Serena, have made it possible for me to keep up with and be the best G-ma for Adele, my 7 year old granddaughter. I can’t thank Christine who answered the phone at A Caring Heart Veterinary Hospital enough. We found a baby kitten with its eyes literally glued shut from pus, and it also had discharge coming from its nose it couldn’t even see. I called four or five different clinics, and every single one told me I’d have to wait a week. That made no sense to me a week could’ve meant the kitten losing its vision or even its life.
But when I called here, she actually cared. I asked if there was anything she could do, and she got us in the same day. That kind of compassion is rare. She didn’t treat us like just another call she listened, and she acted. Because of her, that kitten had a real chance. I’ll always remember that, and I’ll always recommend this place to anyone who truly loves animals.
I had just moved to Wichita Falls and needed a vet ASAP. My Chihuahua was very sick. VCA Callfield, was just around the corner from my new house. I called them and they told to bring her right in. From the moment we got there the staff was very nice and supportive. The Dr's are very knowledgeable and caring. We all had a ruff week, but in the end she is doing amazing and is bouncing around and playing like she is still a puppy and not a senior. I feel that if it weren't for the extra steps they were willing to do for my pup, she would not be here with me today. I am very thankful for them and will take all my animals to them. I have had a fare share of massages, and a lot (unfortunately) of physical therapy, over the years. I never have the relief that I have gotten from this experience. Brandon's skills, communication, and approach has given me the relief from years of ever increasing pain. The pressure is balanced and appropriate. He's always in tune to my body's muscles/pain. He has provided helpful advice in setting goals with self-care.

I’m a hairdresser, so I constantly deal with neck, back, and shoulder pain. I get massages regularly, but this experience was on another level.
