This review is specifically for labor/delivery and postpartum. I came in for an elective induction last week and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The process was long to get things moving and the nurses were kind, patient, and understanding. I truly felt they were listening to me about my pain levels and did everything they could to make me comfortable. Also as a FTM I was nervous but they watched my baby on the monitor constantly and would come check on me the instant something looked a little off. My husband and I were blown away by our level of care and with their help were blessed to bring into the world our healthy baby. I would specifically like to shoutout nurse Sandy and nurse Brit in labor and delivery as well as nurse Becca in postpartum care,y’all are INCREDIBLE and literal angels. God bless!!!

I had good service here for an average price but am not looking to return. While the atmosphere of the spot is pretty, the sugar wax service was more painful than services I had elsewhere. Having had male sugar wax, I was a sad to find two ingrown hairs 2 months after service. With the scars and pains of past, I would suggest going only if you need sugar wax.

I had a great experience here and am very happy with my tech, Jennifer. I didn't know what I wanted but I described what I was looking for and she nailed it! (no pun intended) The only down side is they're closed on Sundays and that's really the only day I have free to do this so I've been forced to go somewhere else, but they haven't been able to replicate the fine job that she did. I'm working on changing my schedule to come in during their operating hours.

They are kind and take delight in making sure they meet your needs. Faye does a wonderful job: nails look great and stay on. What I didn’t like was having to pay $10 more for nail length and my nails are not extremely long. I paid over and above $10 if I needed a new nail , etc. . After a couple of visits, the next appointment always came in before my nails were finished so she rushed and did not do a great job. Also repeatedly told them “I will be right with you” several times. I as slays on time for my appointments. She acted like she was losing money on me but I had to pay an extra $10 so I deserved a few extra minutes. By the way my sister and niece see Lynn and there doesnt seem to be a noticeable difference between time she spends on them vs me. I did appreciate her telling me when I should come in again. But….she does a great job when she is not distracted.

Got a massage. Great service by Gabi. She was professional and amazing. The facility is clean, the parking lot is a little confusing as they have multiple buildings but the staff is very friendly and will help you find the right spot if needed.

Change linen towels after every client, flipping the linen over several times is nasty! I enjoyed their service, quiet and relaxing, only $42 for 60 minute service, leave your clothes on and they work through clothing...this is not like Professional Massage Therapy with a Licensed Therapist but it still feel good and they accept walk-ins.

Brooks Payne of Brooks Payne Plumbing fixed my faucet “just like new”. He replaced the stems and all of the other stuff inside it — so it now works like a brand new faucet. I had just bought the house - and I was only in it for 2 days when the leak happened just before 5pm. Brooks was out the next morning — right on time. He said that his father was a plumber - and he has been doing plumbing since he was 11 years old. And, as it turns out, Brook installed the relatively new Water Heater a couple of years ago in the house with the former owner. Brooks then informed me that the Water Heater has a 6 year warranty - and showed me the paperwork taped to the side of the Water Heater. I appreciated this information. And, note this: His fee was $185. In talking with him, Brooks told me that his business is primarily generated by “word-of-mouth” referrals. Final take: If I had gone with a big brand corporate plumbing company, then they would have likely charged me $400 and required an entire new faucet. Folks, I saved money with a first-rate, highly-experienced plumber — and got the job done right. If you live in Wichita Falls, Texas, then I suggest calling Brooks Payne at Brooks Payne Plumbing.

Extremely happy with service today! We had a close lightening strike and power failure which led to our hot water heater not working anymore. Being the day before a Holiday we thought we would be without hot water for some time. Our trusted electrician suggested Discount Plumbing. So glad we did! Chris and Daniel came out and changed circut board and 2 heating elements and got it working for a VERY reasonable price. We practically have a brand new water heater after the repairs. Very nice young men. They also gave us a senior discount. Having had some very shady plumbers in the past we are very thankful we found a great new plumber.

Mark and Chris came and did a troubleshoot at my house. Very professional and explained everything in detail so I would understand. They determined it was an Oncor issue. They called them and got them out here to fix it same day at no extra cost. I was only responsible for a service call to Willen.
I woke up Saturday and our ceiling fan wasn't working so after having Consumers check their side, I started hunting for an electrician. When I called Byrd Electric, they were able to come out today--not "in a week". With the two electricians, they determined the problem; and thankfully, they were able to fix the problem before it resulted in our house burning down! A junction box's wires had begin melting all the insulation, and if they had touched, we would have had a house fire! So thankful that Byrd was available to diagnose and repair the problem quickly and just as importantly--reasonably! I was expecting a higher bill than what we received so this is definitely a business card I'm keeping! So thankful for Byrd Electric and their troubleshooting and repair!

Not only is Mr Bob Garcia a very knowledgable electrician, he is also a very nice and kind considerate gentleman! Jerrod and Kevin were great. I called to get a quote and from the start they were professional and easy to work with. We had our sectional cleaned along with the carpet in several rooms, and the results were excellent.
When they arrived, they took the time to explain the entire cleaning process so we knew exactly what to expect. I also appreciated how careful they were while working in the house. They made sure the vacuum hoses didn’t rub against or damage the baseboards during the service.
Overall, they were thorough, respectful of our home, and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing carpet or upholstery cleaning. We will for sure be using them for tile and duct cleaning.

We had water damage, I didn't know where to begin when the insurance came in. Boyd's # was given to us & we contacted him and he came in like a whirlwind went through the house made notes called everyone we needed he was really a lifesaver I was really unsure even where to begin. It took 6 weeks to fix we had to move out of our house and he even gave suggestions on that as well. I would not know what to do without him I am very happy we called him I highly recommend Boyd!!

Sean was very knowledgeable, and had a great personality for working with people. He patiently answered all my questions with confidence, and was just extremely nice. They were able to come out a few days later to get the problem resolved quickly. Sean came back and treated my home (termites).

Greg is extremely knowledgeable which made it an easy decision to choose him. There were scheduling conflicts, so he stayed until after 9 pm to finish up! I had just moved to Wichita Falls and needed a vet ASAP. My Chihuahua was very sick. VCA Callfield, was just around the corner from my new house. I called them and they told to bring her right in. From the moment we got there the staff was very nice and supportive. The Dr's are very knowledgeable and caring. We all had a ruff week, but in the end she is doing amazing and is bouncing around and playing like she is still a puppy and not a senior. I feel that if it weren't for the extra steps they were willing to do for my pup, she would not be here with me today. I am very thankful for them and will take all my animals to them. I can’t thank Christine who answered the phone at A Caring Heart Veterinary Hospital enough. We found a baby kitten with its eyes literally glued shut from pus, and it also had discharge coming from its nose it couldn’t even see. I called four or five different clinics, and every single one told me I’d have to wait a week. That made no sense to me a week could’ve meant the kitten losing its vision or even its life.
But when I called here, she actually cared. I asked if there was anything she could do, and she got us in the same day. That kind of compassion is rare. She didn’t treat us like just another call she listened, and she acted. Because of her, that kitten had a real chance. I’ll always remember that, and I’ll always recommend this place to anyone who truly loves animals.

I have been dealing with really bad sciatic and lower back pain for a long time and have tried so many different things with little relief. I have now been to North Texas Muscle Therapy twice, and Ponphan has truly been incredible.
From my very first appointment, she immediately noticed my hip alignment was off and got straight to work. She explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. She used different techniques, some were relaxing and some were a little uncomfortable, but every single time I walk out feeling so much better. After that first session she recommended I come back because I had a lot of areas that needed attention, not just the main issue I went in for, and she was right.
This second visit meant a lot to me. I have been out of my routine while dealing with my dad’s hospital visits and his cancer battle. I have not been sleeping well or staying active, and my body felt it. I told her everything honestly and she immediately got to work. I left feeling lighter, aligned, and relieved, not just physically but spiritually too. It was exactly what I needed.
