Love that they are a walk in clinic!!! Besides scheduled vaccines when is a vet trip pre planned? In my case it's never and I love that I don't have to watch my dogs suffering while waiting for an appointment time. They never make you wait very long and will get you back right away if it's an emergency situation. The staff is all very friendly and professional. Vets are knowledgeable and understanding. I won't go anywhere else!

Dr Joseph was phenomenal. He was a very laid back and cool dude. He performed emergency stitches on my dog after she cut herself open. The professionalism and conduct performed by staff made the experience less stressful

After being told that they "didn't have time to squeeze me in" at a different vet clinic in Wichita Falls, I decided to come here because of their "no appointments, walk ins always welcome" policy. And boy am I glad I did.My dog, Grace hadn't been lethargic and not eating all weekend, and when she threw up on Monday morning while waiting to here back for an appointment time at this *other* vet clinic, I grabbed Grace, jumped in the car, and we high tailed it for Colonial Park.I knew something was seriously wrong with her, and was almost in tears when I checked in at the front desk.
