My first visit was an emergency visit that ended with having to put my sweet boy to sleep. The staff and doctor were amazing. They were professional, walked us through every step and very kind. They gave us the time we needed as a family to say goodbye. They are now the only vets for my other dogs and cats.
My daughter and I picked up a cat that was very ill. She was a stray. Colonial was the only vet that would see her. They were exceptional! Unfortunately, Tortellini didn't make it after days of us trying everytime possible but they continued to try prior. They offered every option to make her better. They were caring and nice.
