“Late Friday night….. over 90 degrees out…. and our HVAC stopped working. Of course it would happen on. Friday night!!!!!<br>I tried everything to get it working again, but it would not. I was going to just wait until Saturday morning and try to leave a message on Season Master Services voicemail. They had helped us with a near disastrous water leak just a month ago.<br>At 2:00 am we decided to leave our message right away and not wait until morning. At the second ring, Tony Smith ANSWERED THE CALL!. I apologized for calling so early but I thought I would just get their voicemail. Tony was very nice and just told me it was definitely not a problem. He promised to get a technician out to our house ASAP in the morning.<br>He called at 7:15 am to tell us he was contacting one of their technicians and would let us know when they could get here.<br>It wasn’t long before we received a text from Jordan Smith making sure we knew that would have a technician to us very soon.<br>Then we received a message from Michael, their technicians, telling us he was on his way.<br>When Michael arrived we realized that he was one of the technicians who had helped with our previous water leak. He was able to immediately diagnosis our HVAC problem and was able to replace the fan motor in short order. He was also very friendly and very professional.<br>They were able to get our HVAC system fully functional in less than 12 hours. Amazing!!<br>This was another instance of Season Master going way above and beyond the call of duty.<br>These guys are GREAT!! Thank you so much!!”
