He patiently explained the situation with my system and ways to prevent future failures. I know it's a very busy time for AC companies, but Ulises spent the time need figure out all the issue with my unit, not just the obvious one. I also very much appreciate Trinity's office staff. They were super kind and folliwed through. I like that they send a text with a picture of the technician before they arrive.
