Mark and Chris came and did a troubleshoot at my house. Very professional and explained everything in detail so I would understand. They determined it was an Oncor issue. They called them and got them out here to fix it same day at no extra cost. I was only responsible for a service call to Willen.
Willen Electric Service representative drove by this morning to see me outside trying to remove a large mound of ice blocking my garage exit. He worked for quite a while removing ice so that I could get my car out of the garage. I'm sure he used most of his lunch break to provide this service! Willen is a great company. I had a contract with American Home Sheild who by the way is a worthless rip off company. Willen came out and saw the problem and reported it to home sheild. Home sheild refused to pay for the needed repairs but willen kept calling them and finally convinced them to pay for the repairs. They came out quickly and repaired my three outlets. They were very polite and professional the entire time. I will be using them again the future and just paying out them directly. Can't recommend them enough.
