Breegle's Abbey Carpet and Flooring
“We recently worked with Breegle's Abbey Carpet and Flooring, and I want to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to Eric for his outstanding service. We encountered a few challenges during the process, mostly related to lighting conditions that affected the way the flooring appeared once installed. It’s important to note that these challenges were not the fault of Breegle’s or Eric in any way.
Even with these unexpected hiccups, Eric was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating. He walked with us through the situation, listened with understanding, and demonstrated the kind of grace and professionalism you rarely see these days. His commitment to customer care truly stood out.
If we were rating on a scale of 1 to 10, Eric and Breegle’s earn a solid 20 in our book. Thank you again to the entire team, and especially to Eric, for going above and beyond. Blessings!”
