“We had a drain backup in our laundry room which caused water to pool under the wall and vinyl flooring and into the kitchen. I called Servpro and they were able to send Zack and Matt out within the hour and this was on a Saturday afternoon. They explained what they needed to do to resolve the issue. Very courteous and informative professionals. The floors and wall are now completely dry. Hopefully, I won’t need Servpro again but if I do please send Zack and Matt.”
“Had a leak under the slab, came up around the pipes, Technicians Jordan and Clayton arrived and started working the water problem, remediation, removing the damaged builtin cabinets and drywall that had sustained extensive water damage. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and would call them back if needed.”
“Jerrod and Kevin were great. I called to get a quote and from the start they were professional and easy to work with. We had our sectional cleaned along with the carpet in several rooms, and the results were excellent.
When they arrived, they took the time to explain the entire cleaning process so we knew exactly what to expect. I also appreciated how careful they were while working in the house. They made sure the vacuum hoses didn’t rub against or damage the baseboards during the service.
Overall, they were thorough, respectful of our home, and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing carpet or upholstery cleaning. We will for sure be using them for tile and duct cleaning.”
