I have been on the prowl for a replacement to the old Double Wear formula- A couple weeks prior, I had come in to swatch some things, and ended up buying the Teint Idole, but found that it would oxidize throughout the day. I wanted to return it and get a sample of a lighter shade. I also ordered a different foundation online to try, it came in with the seal broken (not anyone at this store's fault ofc), so I wanted to exchange that as well.

I hate returning anything and am naturally awkward/socially anxious, but Erin was so very kind and understanding. He wasted no time in helping me get a sample of a lighter Teint Idole shade and made sure the new foundation I wanted to exchange was sealed. I left my sample at the counter thinking I had put it in my purse, and he came out to bring it to me! He was kind to the person before me and after me, and was efficient and professional! Truly one of the best customer service experiences I have had.
