Brooks Payne of Brooks Payne Plumbing fixed my faucet “just like new”. He replaced the stems and all of the other stuff inside it — so it now works like a brand new faucet. I had just bought the house - and I was only in it for 2 days when the leak happened just before 5pm. Brooks was out the next morning — right on time. He said that his father was a plumber - and he has been doing plumbing since he was 11 years old. And, as it turns out, Brook installed the relatively new Water Heater a couple of years ago in the house with the former owner.
