“I went to the Walmart vision center for assistance in my glasses. Karen was super kind in replacing my nose pieces on one pair of glasses and the screwed came out of my reading glasses. She took the time to repair them patiently then clean them very thoroughly before handing them back to me. I appreciate the kindness and the ability for someone else to help me out when I cannot do this for myself. This speaks volumes!“
