Kristen is absolutely AMAZING. She's so thorough, quick and as painless as possible! I've had two different piercings redone by her, that I've had done three times prior to meeting her and they hurt less than the initial time I ever got them done, even going through all the scar tissue🤯🤯She does wonders! Highly recommend!

Okay, a bit of a long one but here it goes...
I have many many tattoos but when it co.es to piercings and needles, im a wuss. I have been ACTIVELY trying to get my nose pierced for almost 20 years... I have been to dozens of shops but I always back out because of my crippling anxiety 🙃 😫 but yall... I went in with my sister, daughter, and her friend. This woman got me in there immediately, she knew of my problem, she did it fast, effortlessly, and I freaking got my nose pierced. She was amazing. Super professional, super fast, and really took my anxieties seriously. It was so fast I didnt have time to back out. She is a hero. Go here. I live 5 hours away....read full review

LOVE Underground! I've been a client for 5 years and they ALWAYS make me feel welcome and comfortable. I've gotten three tattoos and a nose piercing from them and have been so happy. The staff is great on taking their time, collaborating with you to know what you want, and they're so friendly and helpful! Any issues I've had, they're wonderful at giving good suggestions! Recommend them to everyone!
