Prudence and the other hair dresser (I am embarrassed to say I’ve forgotten her name) were very welcoming and friendly. Today was my first time there and I will most definitely be going back. It was my first professional haircut since I moved to Bellmead… I had been procrastinating and my hair was very “shaggy”. When someone lets their hair get a lot longer than they normally like, it’s hard for a hair stylist to figure out what they want from just looking at their hair. My stylist was very patient and asked me a lot of questions, and showed me pictures of various styles from a magazine – and I got a hair cut that I really like!

Mia or Maya is THE BEST!! I own Spaces In-Between Cleaning (cleaning service) and I do hair at the Cutting Edge Salon, so my hands are ALWAYS in chemicals and water, maintaining healthy nails is a struggle for my every day life, unfortunately. HOWEVER, this salon in particular keeps me up to par and beyond, I am so thankful for them, entirely!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! And for the record, I have been in A LOT of salons around town and surrounding areas. If you want gorgeous healthy nails, this salon will more than meet your needs.

I’m a big pedicure/manicure person but since moving to Waco from Austin I haven’t been able to find a new salon that I loved. Well, that is until I found B&J nails! Run by a husband and wife duo, they are incredibly kind, gentle, efficient, and talented! The environment is comfortable and quiet. It is true that they prefer appointments since it’s just them two who work in the salon, but that shouldn’t deter you! I can’t state enough how perfect my pedicure was (as someone with VERY sensitive feet, it was perfectly gentle and attentive) and they made sure the job was FULLY done before I left - no wet polish duck walking needed!

My experience was amazing! I brought in my parents to get a pedicure and I got acrylics done for myself and even though there was only one person working at that time, she managed to do it all perfectly and also offered us drinks and water! The pedicures and my acrylics turned out amazing and it was a great experience. What was a plus was that I had my puppy with me and they were kind enough to let my puppy sit inside with me! Loved this place!

I am a relatively new client at Cooper and Company. I followed my pedicurist there. It is a lovely, large, salon with a boutique full of lovely things. It is open and pleasant and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I see Vanessa for my pedicures. She specializes in hard to care for feet. I have diabetic feet prone to ingrown nails and Vanessa takes those out. My feet feel so good when I leave there. The clients I see leaving the salon having had hair and/or nails done look lovely.

I got lash extensions done for the first time with Destiny. She was wonderful in explaining the process to me every step of the way and she didn’t mind that I was jittering a little from not being used to the tweezers near my eyes. It was a very relaxing experience overall, and she provided clear aftercare instructions and a complimentary aftercare kit. My goal for my lashes was a very natural look with shorter lashes in the center, fanning out to longer for a more cat-eye effect. Destiny did a wonderful job and delivered exactly what I was looking for! Definitely will be returning

We've been calling on Staas Plumbing for years for the usual reasons (clogged drains, toilet issues, etc.) and have always appreciated how quickly they resolve these issues. But when we needed to replace the drain line that ran from the middle of our house, this is where their expertise really helped us out. They got us in touch with Nick at 254 Tunnel (left a 5-star review for this company, as well) to tunnel under the foundation instead of jackhammering through our house. They did their best to minimize the damage under our kitchen sink and shower while replacing the drain line quickly and efficiently. We will definitely continue calling on them for any future issues.

We were looking for a quote to install a double vanity with two sets of faucets, and the plumber provided us with a very fair price. We encountered an unexpected issue: the marble vanity countertop needed to be trimmed down by 1 inch. Had called earlier in the week to see about getting a hot tub cut off and adding an EV charger in its place. Took a few days but got a call from a very friendly guy to set up an appt. I’d called another company and so let him know I thought I was covered. He told me to call back and ask for him if anything changed.
Well, things changed and he was able to send out Shawn within about 20 minutes. He did exactly what I asked of him and got the whole job done in a bit under two hours. Clean work and clearly explained. Car is charging like a champ and hot tub is free to the first one who wants it! Haha
Jerrett and his team do great work. We were getting a Tesla Wall Connector installed and reached out to all the Tesla Certified Installers indicated for our area. While most took multiple days to even reply, Jerrett immediately responded and scheduled a site visit for the following morning.
We had a relatively challenging project in that our main electrical panel was located outside the house. Jerrett was able to offer a solution going through the attic space of the house and dropping the cable behind the wall of the garage for a visually pleasing final installation without any visible conduit inside the garage.
On top of the charger-specific work, he caught and fixed an error our home builder’s electricians made in the electrical panel where they placed the whole-home surge protector on the wrong end of the panel, where it was effectively doing nothing and not protecting our system from surges.

I called OLS Electric after having some work done by a contractor who ended up damaging some cables under my home. The OLS Electric team was very prompt and listened to my wife and made her feel at ease. As it turns out, we actually had another issue besides what the contractor did. It was a very difficult problem to diagnose properly, but OLS Electric found the problem and literally saved our house from burning down (not joking, had a problem with the outside panel where the main breaker was smoldering and could catch fire at any moment). They ended up replacing the entire outside panel with name brand components and the repair costs was about half of what I expected. They will have my business moving forward.Services: General repairs

Very satisfied with Cen-tex appliance service. Kevin Smith, the owner/tech assessed my Maytag washing machine on the same day I first called and determined a part needed to be ordered. Within 2 days, he'd received the new part and installed it. Better yet, Whirlpool uses this company for factory authorized service. So, when I called (at his suggestion) to ask if they would honor a warranty claim 2 months out from the warranty expiration, Whirlpool paid for the diagnostics and replacement parts. I'm so glad I called Cen-Tex!

Jim Williams was available anytime we had a question or concern and worked with his team to remedy it. His customer service was impeccable and he even gave design suggestions and came up with creative solutions. His team was respectful and attentive as well. I found I needed a base for the shed I bought at Costco. I opted for gravel. Since I wanted the base to outlast me and the slope in my yard. I decided on a stone border as opposed to the more traditional wood beams. Legacy Landscapes help me choose the material and explained to me their vision. I couldn't be happier with the final results. As a testament to the quality of the work, once assembled, the doors sat perfectly flush and squared. We will definitely be using them for our future projects.

Gus and his team came into an overgrown and neglected yard. He left, leaving a beautiful and cleaned up yard. I have just under 2 acres. They took down several dead trees, cleaned up a very overgrown area by the pond (leaving a nice view of the pond), mowed, weed eating, edging, fertlized and cleaned everything up. They will be back to remove a load of junk to the dump.
I did pay a small fortune, but my place needed a lot of work and they tackled it. Worth the price.

I hired Carbajal to remove an old tree and trim several large branches on another and they were fantastic. It was less than one week between when I called for a quote and when the job was finished. Had my first visit to Dr. Latino today. Interacted with Lori, Kaitlyn and Dr. Latino. Kaitlyn did an excellent job of explaining the results of the x-rays, what my options were to reach my dental health goals. Dr. Latino also took a look at everything and helped by sharing what he suggest we do. Everyone was friendly and professional and put my dental visit “nerves” at ease.

Dr Howell was absolutely phenomenal!!! After having a negative experience at Anthony Chiro, I gave up on finding anymore help. Until I was referred to Airrosti and I am beyond thankful I went!! First off I walk in and the place felt so comforting and welcoming. I was greeted by a very lovely woman named Maddy. I’ve had some back issues that have been lingering for years and never seemed to get any better after the countless appointments at Anthony. After only 3 session with Dr. Howell, I feel almost fully better and she got to the root of the problem!! She focused on fixing the muscle tissue and giving me plenty of at home things to do to help! She provided videos as well to make sure I remember how to do them at home AND even texted to check on me!! 100/10 recommend Airrosti Waco!!!

Dr. McClue has been treating my baby since she was 4 weeks old. She has always be patient and gentle with my baby and her adjustments have made a world of difference for us. My baby had horrible reflux, jaw tension, colic, and neck problems when we first came. Now we only come in for maintenance adjustments and she is thriving!

It has been a pleasure to meet Dr. Kast and his friendly Staff. He was always clarifying my doubts and he always made me feel comfortable and cared for. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. My husband was involved in a car accident years ago and Dr. Kast is the only chiropractor that helps him to relieve his back pain. I started treatment a couple of weeks ago and I have noticed a huge improvement.

Dr. Webb will make you comfortable and you will know she cares about you. I was recommended to go to Dr. Webb when my family doctor was telling me just get pain shots. I am shocked every time I see new X-rays showing more improvement on my neck. Dr. Webb is great for someone who works on their feet. My hip adjustments make such a difference. I would say try Arrowhead Chiropractic before you give up and get shots.
Dr. Brad always helps me feel better. I tell him where I have pain and he adjusts the right areas.

I love the location, the front desk ladies, the techs and the vets. The office has the wear and tear of loving care — not the clinically sterile atmosphere of corporate germophobia. The cockatiel (?) will check you out before you check in, but make sure you say “pretty bird” before she does. The staff is very busy, and I have the mental prowess of a centenarian. But they’re so patient and allow time for you to collect your thoughts and ask questions. Conversation and objective feedback is comforting to me, especially since I found out yesterday that my old-man-doggie-puppy has cancer and will hopefully be sixteen next month. I pass four vet clinics to get to this place. It’s not about convenience; it’s about great care and respect for you and your family.
I had my first visit here after finding a stray dog. Dr. Lide and his team were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding with the stray dog. With their diligence and attentiveness, the stray dog was examined, given vaccines, and even an ultrasound. We plan to take all of our own pets here!
I write this with tears in my eyes, everyone who works for Brazos Valley Equine is amazing. Tiffany answered the phone, she was so helpful and she called me back pretty quickly. Our horse was hit by a car and his leg was broken, we didn't want to put him down if he had a chance. Sarah was kind enough to come out, she was amazing with our horse but she was so good with my husband too. Her sympathy and empathy that day will never be forgotten, we even received a heartfelt sympathy card today.. Thank you so much! God Bless You All.
Dr.Cox is the best. Very tourough and you can tell he's an animal lover. Answered all our questions, took care of our dogs. Gives honest input and advice. We trust him with the care of our animals. Staff is always helpful and very caring
LAAH folks are great and very considerate. The office has a separate entrance for the pups and cats. Only place to have exotics checked out in the area and wonderful to boot!
Really have enjoyed the service here. Staff is very respectable and things are a bit more casual here. We have brought our two dogs and still need to bring the two cats. The veterinarian we see is very nice they are willing to work with our budget to help us get the most done like shots etc within our budget. Very happy here. My understanding is that they offer boarding for cats and dogs. Really friendly and respectful to us and our dogs. Really very well pleased.
Very friendly staff that truly cares about animals. Dr. Pippin will be very upfront with you about his concerns and recommended course of action. The staff have called a couple of days after every visit to follow-up and make sure recovery is going well.

I had taken my Service dog, Chica, to the Animal Hospital, for intermitting vomiting for about 2 weeks. I was greeted by a kind and friendly receptionist and she explained there were taking walk ins today. We only waited about 10 min. and we were escorted by a friendly assistant, Ms. S . to the exam room . We were seen by the Veteran Dr. R. who was very cautious of Chica, while doing his physical examination. He took a very thorough history of Chica. He ask many questions and explained what he was finding as he completed Chica's, examination. He explained several reasons why Chica could be having vomiting episodes. He explained several alternatives for her treatment. He was so experienced and knowledgable , we decided to do as he recommended. Needless to say, my Chica was way more sick that I realized. We will be seen in about a month for more interventions and follow up. I noticed a big change in Chica's activity level by the beginning of the second day, after giving her the medication.
I feel very fortunate taking Chica to the Animal Hospital of Waco when I did.

This place has a very positive atmosphere as soon as I walk through the door everybody's so helpful and so sweet anytime I bring my cat or my dogs to get examined.
Amber loves our dogs just as much as we do, she truly treats them like her own! Her work on our long haired pups is always amazing, and she takes the time to communicate with us about our preferred style or any changes needed due to matting or knots. She cares for all four of our dogs, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her. In short: amazing human, amazing work! ?

I'm in Waco during the winter months and Fur Pet's Sake was recommended to me. Today I took my cocker Tucker to be groomed. I was very pleased with his cut. Evidently he threw a cocker fit but, he looks wonderful. I wish I would have got the lady's name but wanted to thank her for taking such good care of him.
Cathy is the best groomer I’ve ever taken my dog to. My dog is a PIA but Cathy is so patient and kind. Highly recommend!

Rae Snyder’s Infinity Pilates is & has been many good things for me. I joined the class about a year ago, primarily to regain strength after a long list of difficult circumstances. Rae doesn’t waste “time” which is important to all of us these days. She also somehow manages to see every move each of her “students” make, gently correcting as necessary. The studio is well-equipped for working most any & every area of the body. I’m in my seventies age-wise & will continue “minding Rae” at Infinity Pilates for the foreseeable future.
Fred is amazing! Such a friendly and personable guy and the work he does is top notch. He helped me so much with pain in my lower back and helped my flexibility throughout my legs. Can’t recommend him enough!
