I have had a membership here since February. My esthetician Danielle is excellent! She is taking such great care of my problem skin. My skin feels like it did before i started having skin issues 40+ years ago. I didn't think it was possible, but Danielle really knows skin and how it works, which is essential to skincare. She is so sweet and geniunely cares about her clients. I am so thankful for her. Massage Envy-Waco truly has a gem in Danielle. Elsa and Ashley, who work customer service at the front desk, are thorough, personable, and knowledgeable. i really appreciate them. I had a deep tissue massage with Pete. He is amazing! The best massage I have ever had. He worked so hard and definitely found the problem spots! Highly recommend Pete if you have really tight muscle issues.

This is my third time going in for a “60 minute facial” it always ends up being 30-40minutes at best. They stop 10 minutes before to give you time to get dressed then 5 mins in the beginning to get undressed and another 5 minutes getting “ready” for the actual facial.
