My mom had Diamond for 13 years. She was family and I called her my lil sister. We knew she wasn’t feeling well just didn’t think it was that bad. I called Eastside they scheduled her quickly. Morning of the appointment Diamond would not walk, cold and throwing up. Dr. Keil and his staff made us feel welcomed. Before he ran test he was honest and straightforward but showed empathy. After completing the blood-work he explained what was going on with Diamond. She was in kidney failure. He provided options and gave his best recommendation. Knew exactly what was wrong, and with the medication they prescribed my dog stopped the problem immediately. Cost is alot better than other veterans in the area. Will be where we go from now on.

Don't listen to the bad reviews! Dr. Keil is great. His staff is efficient and friendly, and he has been taking care of my wife's family's pets for 40 years. He deeply cares about animals, and it's obvious. If you call them with a concern about your pet, they will bend over backwards to get you in ASAP. I won't trust my fur babies to anyone else.
