“We have been using Xtreme Air Services for the last 14 years for literally everything in our house. It started with HVAC then to plumbing then electrical and now they're replacing our roof. Did you know they have entire roofing division? Us either! So Xtreme really is a one stop shop for it all and offer financing if need be.

We noticed a few small leaks inside our home and told Gabe (our plumber) about it and asked if he knew of any good roofing companies. He referred us to there roofing division, ERO Roofing. Within a few days they sent out José Beltran. This man was a God send and so knowledgeable. He listens, was very thorough in his inspection, didn't try to upsell/scare us into a new roof like these other roofing companies do and he explained things in a way that made sense to me. He was very patient with answering all of my questions and his communication is top tier. He lets you know what's happening every step of the way so you're never guessing what's to come. He also worked with our insurance company and asjuster to make everything flow easily. Our deductible was very high but he and the front office found affordable options for us to make a new roof happen. We are beyond grateful for all they've done to make it happen.

I feel it's important to say that as a woman I felt comfortable dealing with José through this whole process on behalf of my elderly Mom. Always respectful, always kind and just overall a good man and human being.

“Woke up to my first cup of coffee and the sound of running water (no faucets or anything at all). Well dang. Wife walked through the kitchen later and said "the floor is hot". ??‍♂️ Called and they had Trevor out asap! He found the leak UNDER THE FOUNDATION SLAB and gave me options of how we could proceed. He set us up an appointment for the very next morning! The next day Raul came in and handled business! Got under the slab, found the leak and replaced the pipe! Even when re pouring the concrete it looks like the day the original slab was poured! I cannot thank your team enough for handling this so quickly and efficiently! “First two major work tasks have been completed and waiting on the city inspection. Upon final city inspection the final phase of cleanup is scheduled to follow. As of the date of this note work was extensively bid, bid questions were answered, work was planned, and schedule was communicated to customer. The down payment was released, and the scheduled work began. All supervisors or crew staff communicated well with progress reports. Most all of the work tasks completed to date exceeded my expectation. If the final tasks match current progress, my expectations will be exceeded. The third phase of the work included the city inspection and the dig crew covering up the drain lines with soil. All of the work continued to exceed my expectations. From the office staff to the workers at my home the firm communicated well with me as the work continued and exceeded most firms that I have used. I asked for additional plumbing work that will be completed next week. I look forward to the final completion of this difficult project. My General Contractor used this firm for a new home for me a few years back. I will continue to recommend Riddell for major plumbing work in the DFW metroplex.

Please know that during the last two days I have had two added folks from Riddell that completed work at my home related my major project discussed above. I have to rate these experiences as good but not excellent. Neither the plumbing crew nor the digging crew were prepared for the necessary tasks requested. With support from the office staff both crews recovered so I can consider the seemingly routine plumbing company processes as good but not excellent. One more task remains to be completed at my home that was delayed by rain. This final task has been scheduled for tomorrow for the dig crew. Hopefully, the final stage of dirt and rock removal plus final cleanup will be completed with the exceptional services that is normal for Riddell Plumbing.“
