Fantastic experience at the Cypresswood and 45 location. Teleyah (my apologies for misspelling her name) was wonderful. She helped my nine year old daughter pick out her first- ever glasses and took care of the insurance aspect effortlessly. My daughter is still talking about how terrific Teleyah was!

We went to target today in the optical division. My sister had sat on her glasses and they were literally mangled. Miranda is the one that helped us. She was able to get the glasses back in shape and even took the time to change my sister‘s nose pads on her glasses out. She was very sweet and helpful. My sister lives in a nursing home and if Miranda had not been able to get the glasses back in shape, my sister may have been waiting quite a while to receive a new pair. This target optical is always very respectful to their customers and very friendly. Thank you, Miranda for doing such a good job. You are a miracle worker!
