I want to give a special shout-out to Jennifer, the new Assistant Store Manager at America’s Best on South Loop 336 West. Today was only her second day, but you would never know it. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely wanted to help.
Jennifer took the time to listen to my situation, knew the store’s return/exchange policy, and found a solution that other employees had not been able to provide. She turned a frustrating experience into a very positive one and, quite honestly, saved the sale.
America’s Best has a great asset in Jennifer. Thank you for going above and beyond!
