I chose Houston Eye Associates because they had close to 5 stars but did not read any of the reviews. I had my visit today and I'm happy to say I agree with what everyone's said.Everyone, from the scheduling person on the phone, the receptionists, the tech that did the initial eye exam, the and then Dr. Young, everyone was awesome, nice, kind and caring.I'll be coming here from now on, and will certainly recommend to friends and family.

Never had such caring , joyful , professional service from any eye care staff. I’ve been wearing glasses all my life. I’ve been in the lot of different optometrists offices. I’ve had all the routine exams,. This was the MOST RELAXING and well timed experience ever. From the arrival to the first call of my name wasn’t more than 3 or 4 minutes. From the first part of the preparation, to the Optometrist arrival, I was being made feel like “ I “ mattered !! Kaylie Young worked the eye exam so well that I could see and read the smallest details on the screen and the little card. I was impressed with how much I could see. I had the best experience with Dr. Young. Conroe location, She is so patient with both my 7 and 8 year old girls.My girls had the best first time experience.I enjoy how her nurse and Dr. Young are just so happy and look like they love there job. Dr. Took the time to ask and answer questions.Thank you to front desk on my left she was nice as well and patient with me she didn't look annoyed.Thank you!
