The Walmart Vision Center in The Woodlands, Woodlands Pkwy location has been providing exceptional service, with Jacqueline as the go-to employee for customers. Customers are very satisfied with the care and patience shown by the Vision staff, especially Jackie, in helping them with their vision needs.
I brought my daughter in to get contacts and glasses. Kimberly Matherly was our Optician, and i can't possibly say enough good things about her! She was able to look into our insurance and help find the cheapest route for both glasses and contacts! I am a very satisfied customer!
Very Helpful! My son came in here sad because he didn’t want glasses and he left out of here so happy and confident about the new pair that he’s getting and looks very excited to use them.
I had my eye exam at Walmart in the Woodlands. The Dr. was very through & patient answering all my concerns. He has 39 years of experience. I then went out front to the Walmart Vision center. Jacquelyn helped me and provided much needed advice as I asked questions. She has been in the business for 20 years & is very knowledgeable in her field. I would say, and I’m 65 years old, and have worn glasses all my life, it is one of, if not the best experience I’ve had at an eye appointment.
