This place is the best from Dottie and Chloe the dentist dog to the doctor and dental hygentists I have never experienced a place like this before and I am so happy that he did my extractions and my partials top and bottom he estimates price and sticks to the plan it was a lengthy process for all my needs but well with the wait and patience I thought it was funny to walk in and see the dentist on one side and geriatric doctor on the other side but I work in memory care so nothing is normal it’s a one stop shop the doctor made my mouth numb I hated dentist before I met this doctor I highly recommend him to anybody who wants their smile back I love you guys and Chloe keep on wanting those belly rubs you never have a full moment I have confidence that was taken from me years ago but slowly step by step I have gained all of it back. Never have suffer again years added to my life relieved of pain and discomfort for the rest of my life I owe this man the world the tooth fairy will shine bright on his offices. Hear me out guys… I’ve gotten my haircut at all the places. Sport clips, local barber, and most recently the Tune Up near me. I’m balding, so the last year or so, I’ve just been using clippers at home and going in ever so often to get my hair and neck line cleaned up. My experience with the “normal guy places” has never been outstanding, and over the last couple years it’s gotten downright bad. And not cheap! I went to a Rooster Men’s Salon and it was like $30 for a “buzz cut”! I went here because my wife told me to just give it a try. I was skeptical of going to a “salon”. I’m sure there are some salons that I would be totally out of place and uncomfortable in. I was not uncomfortable at all at Skyrokh. Dude. It was awesome! Roman cut my hair did a great job. Instead of a “buzz cut” with one clipper length, he gave me a real haircut. It’s still all short, but it doesn’t look like I did it myself, or like a child headed into summer. After the hair cut, he offered a shampoo. I told him that I didn’t need one. He said, let’s just wash the cut hair out and you can relax. Glad I let them! A young lady got me all relaxed with a hot towel and a cloth that covered my eyes that I have to admit smelled pretty good. I got to lay back and really relax for a bit. If you’ve got kids, you know how great some peace and quiet is! Got my hair washed and a little scalp massage too! She also offered me a hand massage. I totally regret not having the courage to let her! Next time I will. Whole experience was awesome. I’m already booked for my next appointment! Salon seems to be family owned and well run. Don’t be too scared to go to this “salon”. Yeah it’s a little more expensive, but with all the bad hair cuts I’ve gotten, I feel like it’s totally worth the price.

I want to share my experience with Greg at Woody WoodDeckers. Based on recommendations from neighborhood FB page I contacted him about doing a small wooden deck. He responded to my request quickly, arrived on time, listened to my concerns & explained the products & methods they use. Then the most amazing thing happened. He told me a concrete slab would work better, last longer due to drainage issues and be cheaper! He even gave me the information to contact someone he works with. Di Nicholas and Amanda Keisler have been my hair stylists for the past 13 years. I have followed them from location to location - because they are amazing! Amanda is a color specialist who also does perms, Brazilian blowouts, and other chemical treatments. She is an expert. Di’s specialty is Hair-cutter Extrodinaire! She is excellent! Cheryl is the best hair stylist I know. She has been doing hair for 30 plus years. She is the only one that I will let color my hair because she gets the color right the first time or cut my hair or trim it because she does what I ask her to do and she does it the right way. I'm never disappointed. One of her key comments is hair is hair and if you know how to do hair then you can do any type of hair. It doesn't matter what your ethnicity is whether you have straight hair, kinky hair, Afrocentric hair, thin hair, thick hair, it just doesn't matter. I've seen her do hair on all different ethnicities and all types of hair and she always does a fabulous job. She has this hydratation treatment that will make your hair feel like silk afterwards. She also knows how to do hair for individuals that may have some hair issues like alopecia thinning hair, balding hair, anything like that. I've seen her do hairstyles for individuals that had those issues and the hair came out looking fabulous. There is no doubt Priscilla is doing what she’s been called to do. I can’t say enough good things about her and her practice. As a first time mom, she made the unknowns of pregnancy, birth and postpartum so much easier to navigate. Her prenatal care goes above and beyond just routine checkups. She’s available 24/7 to address any questions or concerns. She also gives a wonderful prenatal massage - highly recommend! One of the things I appreciated most about Priscilla was that I never got any pushback for the decisions I made throughout my pregnancy & birth. She simply provided me with the information I needed to make my decision, let me do so on my own, and fully supported me in whatever I chose. That gave me the confidence I needed to have the home birth of my dreams. During labor and birth, she was such a calming presence & I had no doubt I was in good hands. It also meant so much to me that I didn’t feel alone or without support postpartum. I think many moms feel that way after giving birth, but I’ve reached out several times with questions since having my baby and she’s helped every time. She’s just great at what she does. My husband & I plan to use her for all of our babies!
Finding Sarah at Avani Salon was seriously an answer to prayer. Having moved here from NY, I couldn’t find someone who knew how to texturize heavy hair well, and cut short, modern styles. Sarah does an amazing job. I was also having a hard time finding a salon that uses Redken for color and she has that line (in addition to others) so now I’m so happy I have found my salon ❤️!

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Athena Wellness. I was a little nervous about having an IPL treatment for the first time and thought about canceling all morning. But, when I walked in, I was immediately greeted with such appreciation for being there. The atmosphere was also soothing. I gained so much information from Felicia and Katie that convinced me I was in, not only a friendly place but, one of knowledge and expertise. They were both caring and understanding of my concerns and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. My nervousness dissipated very quickly. There are many great medical spas in this area, but Athena Wellness Center stood out to me as one of the best because of their people, the atmosphere and the experience from the moment I walked through the door. I would absolutely recommend this medical spa.

First off I never write reviews but feel compelled. I discovered Falcon and Shelby when I needed to leave on a business trip and my hairdresser could not get me in for blowout. They were great and when I came back I went to my reg girl for color and cut and then booked with Shelby again for a blowout. I was not pleased with my color and asked if they could tone it down. Falon did and it looked FANTASTIC! I went back again for a color and cut and have to say I have the best cut I have ever had and love love love my color. I saw nurse practitioner Rebecca Dowdy and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease and most importantly I left the appointment feeling like the issue I came for will be addressed. She responded to my concerns with humorous compassion and was very considerate of the fact that I am a cash pay patient, and so recommended treatment and testing that was effective but within my budget. It was a little difficult to call the office and get an appointment, make sure you do not call during the lunch hour ( 12-1) and be prepared to wait on hold for 5 minutes before speaking to someone if you need an appointment urgently. Not really a complaint since that is typically of a large hospital system but something to be aware of if you need to make the appointment during your break at work, as I did lolThere’s some construction going on around the office so parking was a little bit of a nightmare but they even informed me of that over the phone and recommended I arrive 30 minutes early to make sure I find a space. All around a very communicative and comfortable office.
