“The most fantastic experience. I’ve worn glasses since I was 7 years old so I’ve been to a few optical establishments. My children now wear glasses so I wanted them to have a good experience. Everyone from the counter to the check out was incredible. Except for a short lady with long black hair and nose rings. She was incredibly condescending and flat out mean to the kind blonde lady that was helping my 5 year old son with his glasses. It’s unbelievable the way the girl talked to the nice blonde lady who helped us tremendously. I wish I could remember her name bc she was helpful and you could tell she was experienced. She was given prescription for glasses several years ago by another clinic and she has not worn them very much because they felt uncomfortable. Turns out the prescription was wrong and not appropriate for her vision. Luckily Dr. Kaylie Young was able to figure that out and get the correct prescription for her. Now my daughter can’t wait to wear her new glasses now that they actually help her vision.“

“Hello I want to share my experience with Berkeley my office I go to is Kingwood my doctor is Dr .Wang well I must say that had my surgery on the 16th of February my right eye and I went to the Grand oaks location everything was fine. I was late I called to let them know I had overslept I was up most of night cuz I was nervous about going to get my eye done and they told me to come on in you know they ask me how long will it take for me to get there and when I made it there everybody was so nice from check in to the nurses the procedure was great one minute they say oh you be awake but you will be sedated a little bit I went out once they put that cover on my eye ? ? ? the next thing I know I'm waking up I'm done , so I thought I was going to be seeing what was going on but thank the Lord I didn't see nothing. So if you want my advice a referral go to Berkeley sign up the surgery center they're wonderful and they make you feel so comfortable and relaxing funny you know help your nerves get down so well that I have my next surgery on March the 5th . My co-payment was $425 per eye it's not they Berkeley eye center it's that my insurance I have everything have went up so I have to wait till I get my money to pay it my retirement disability that is but I thank God for everything and I know this is a long post and I don't care I am giving my most deeply response to let you know why you should go and feel comfortable about a cataract surgery I'm ready for the other one now God bless Berkeley God bless the doctors the nurses and everyone that's going there. FYI they got me looking like a bumblebee with these glasses on and sedation I feel like I was sleeping beauty I didn't want to wake up and leave ha ha be blessed.“
