“We have taken our dogs and cats to Dominion Crossing Veterinary Hospital since moving to San Antonio 2 1/2 years ago. Dr. Shaw is the best veterinarian we have every had since becoming pet owners 30+ yrs ago!!!! She is extremely competent, gentle with the pets, courteous with her clients spending time answering questions and providing recommendations, and very practical when it comes to providing recommendations for tests, treatments or procedures. She doesn't try to pressure into spending extra money on things that don't benefit your pet. Their costs are also very competitive with what we have experienced at other veterinary clinics/hospitals. We recently had our 14 1/2 yr old boarder collie go through a phase of declining health and his ultimate passing and Dr. Shaw and her staff were so kind, compassionate, and practical throughout the entire process. While it was a difficult journey, we always felt so comfortable with the treatments and comfort that they provided on this long and difficult journey. Dr. Shaw is truly awesome and we highly recommend Dominion Crossing Veterinary Hospital for your pets!!!!!!!!!!“

Thanks to Dr. Saldana and her thinking process and really looking over everything about my Bella the horrible news I received turned out to be not true. I was told my Bella had bladder cancer and only a few months to live from an emergency vet. After doing adequate testing and putting Bella on certain medications she is her happy self again! “My stinky old man cat had to have a pretty wild dental preformed and APC was recommended to me by some colleges who had had dentals preformed with Dr. Grilley before (they swore by her, said I could not go to anyone else) and I'm so glad that I took him to see them.This cat was a stray that I adopted who was hiding a special gift for us; 29 rotted teeth, stomatitis and a laundry list of other infections and illness. He's now recovering from his full mouth of extractions wonderfully, the entire team at APC was an absolute joy, from the CSRs to the Technicians to the Veterinarian herself -- everyone was wonderful and made a very stressful day as smooth as possible.I will now join the other cat parents of San Antonio in recommending Dr.Grilley for dentals and will be sure to sing the praises of the entire team at any opportunity. Thank you for taking care of my gross stinky old man cat. <3“

“We started taking one of our kitties to El Dorado when he was having urgent health issues related to his feline leukemia. The care Dr. Macintosh and his staff provided was the most compassionate, personalized care we've ever received at any vet clinic we've been to. They were able to get us in quickly and handled our concerns with such care that although it was meant to be a one-time visit, we kept going back and have transfered care of our other cats to this clinic since. Dr. Mac and staff are incredibly caring and knowlegeable.We ended up having to put down one of our cats because his health was rapidly declining from complications from his feline leukemia, and we were handled with the utmost care and concern by everyone in the clinic. They even sent us a card afterward and made a donation to A&M in Richie's honor. There aren't enough words to describe how well we were cared for and continue to be cared for by this clinic. Highly recommend them. Thank you Dr. Mac and staff - we're so grateful for you!“
