We have taken our dogs and cats to Dominion Crossing Veterinary Hospital since moving to San Antonio 2 1/2 years ago. Dr. Shaw is the best veterinarian we have every had since becoming pet owners 30+ yrs ago!!!! She is extremely competent, gentle with the pets, courteous with her clients spending time answering questions and providing recommendations, and very practical when it comes to providing recommendations for tests, treatments or procedures. She doesn't try to pressure into spending extra money on things that don't benefit your pet. Their costs are also very competitive with what we have experienced at other veterinary clinics/hospitals. DCAH is a small practice with wonderful, personalized service. This was our first visit and we couldn’t have been happier. There were no crowds, virtually no wait, and the staff are polite and professional. They even had a welcome board at the reception desk with the names of all of the pets coming in that day for an appointment.
