He helped us establish healthy boundaries with our puppy while also building Tillie’s confidence in our home during such a big transition. His patience, knowledge, and personalized approach have been invaluable to our family.

“Let me start by saying this amazing animal care facility is definitely a five star experience for both you and your fur family members. We rescued a cat and unfortunately were not aware of the issues that come with along with the process. We took our new family member to a vet within the two weeks
Allotted by the animal rescue service. The service cost us over $200 without any vaccinations or medications to be filled. It was a check up. The staff was apathetic, offering no positive feedback. We then found Spring Creek animal Hospital, looking for a better fit for our fur baby. From the moment you walk in the door you will know that it is the place for you to bring your fur baby. The loving care you receive as a family starts at reception, flows through to the assistants, right to the doctor. They listen to our concerns, offered solutions, and most importantly, treated our fur baby like his life and his being had value. The staff is not only kind, but they are also very empathetic and caring. I am so glad that we found this amazing staff and facility. A lot of of times when you have a fur baby that has become such a pivotal part of your family, There are places that take advantage of your love for your fur baby and your lack of knowledge. We have had it happen to us before at other places with other pets. It is often reflected, in the treatment of your fur baby And the exorbitant prices, along with the suggestions of treatment after treatment with no true resolution. “The process was super smooth and while we did not get an entirely changed dog we did get a more behaved and manageable one. Our labradoodle is a big bundle of energy and wants into everything. Christine did great with his training and although he still scopes every environment he is in he minds his commands. Still needs a few reminds at time“

“This is a great place staffed by a caring animal lovers. The space itself is large, open and bright. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. The doctor who saw my cat was so knowledgeable and gave me and my cat her undivided attention. One veterinarian I saw before her appeared to be in a hurry. He was not personable, gave me a quick hello, looked at my cat's lip and was gone. His attendants took care of the rest. I didn't even get to meet one vet in South S.A.. Never even saw her! I went home to wait, my cat was trapped in his carrier for 4 hours and then she called me on the phone and explained to me what was wrong. I had a hard time understanding her since she had a rather pronounced accent. She said I could come and pick up my cat, which I did. I paid the bill and the receptionist handed over my cat. Towne North doesn't operate this way. They truly care about animals' well-being and comfort as well as the owner's satisfaction. I highly recommend them.“

“Most personable and knowledgeable staff in a veterinarian office that I've ever been to. Took our 8-year-old yellow Labrador retriever who was having numerous issues. Swollen bloody gums, runny eyes, and a sore shoulder on her right leg. The veterinarian, (Steven Rapp) thoroughly examined her see if he could get her fit again and out of pain. He gave us some aggressive steroids and antibiotics and told us to come back in 2 weeks. We will see what the outcome is then but I'm giving it a five-star rating now just based on how knowledgeable and friendly the whole staff is and how clean and spotless examining rooms are“

“The Vet, Vet Tech, and front staff were all very nice and helpful. Dr. Ray explained everything to me and even called me afterwards to go over labs we were waiting on. Excellent experience. My pup loves going there.“

“We used Pup Pup & Away for private training lessons, group lessons, daycare, and boarding. Their private lessons helped me gain a better understanding of how to desensitize my chihuahua to his triggers and help him gain confidence. We utilized their daycare services frequently, though cut back after my dog pulled a muscle from overexertion. I loved how they create small groups based on the dogs' temperaments, with photos and a report card at the end of the day. I also really appreciate the report cards written during boarding stays. Now that we moved away from the area, we will miss Pup Pup & Away!“

“I have used Good Dog for years. For short/long overnight stays and for daycare. They are the only place in town that I will trust with my dog. Their prices are reasonable and I like that each dog gets their own little area for overnight stays. The staff are always friendly and do a great job remembering the little things with my dog and sending me photo updates when she is boarded!“
