She doesn't try to pressure into spending extra money on things that don't benefit your pet. Their costs are also very competitive with what we have experienced at other veterinary clinics/hospitals. We recently had our 14 1/2 yr old boarder collie go through a phase of declining health and his ultimate passing and Dr. Shaw and her staff were so kind, compassionate, and practical throughout the entire process. While it was a difficult journey, we always felt so comfortable with the treatments and comfort that they provided on this long and difficult journey.
