In a panic a couple months ago I needed to find a vet for my very sick Boston terrier. Sadly, we had to put him down but this office got us in quick without being a current patient. We brought our three young kiddos with us for the whole ordeal and the entire office was so sweet, respectful and kind to our family.
Fast forward to a month or so ago, our other Boston terrier needed immediate care due to being attacked by two pit bulls in our front yard. We stopped by the office today for the first time in many years and I am thrilled to see that the place is still as welcoming as it always has been! My daughter needed vet approval for her 6th grade science fair project and I knew Broadway Oaks was the perfect place to go. We were greeted by the receptionist Laural as we walked in, and she immediately made us feel welcomed. She listened to my very nervous daughters request and was cheerful and happy to help, which helped my daughter relax. The front desk staff is always friendly, welcoming and quick with helping me submit any documents needed for my pet insurance. They are all so attentive and take such good care of him. The doctors never make me feel rushed, are very well versed on my Neapolitan mastiff and my dog absolutely loves all of staff!
