I love this vet! We go to the location on Basse Rd and all of the staff are always so kind and personable. We often just bring them in for check ups and routine sickness, however there was one time that our inside cat escaped outside and was hit by a car. We rushed her in hoping that there was a chance still to save her but unfortunately there was nothing that could be done. The staff was so incredibly sympathetic and had very good bedside manner with us while we were grieving. They even mailed us a card later to give their condolences. A Pets Choice is really a vet that cares about you and your animals beyond their paychecks. Could not recommend more!
I had to take our beloved Farley into for urgent care today. The Dr and staff at this clinic were very kind and helpful during our time there. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet’s care and cost is very upfront and affordable. We live in Helotes Tx but to know my pets will be well taken care of I will definitely return and recommend this location to my friends , co workers and family . Thank you everyone @ Pets Choice 🙏🙏🙏
