I have been bringing my two cats here to Crestway Animal Hospital since 2022. Dr Kelly is a caring and compassionate veterinarian. She and vet technician Christian are both very caring and gentle with my fur babies. My ginger cat is 13 years old and my Siamese is 4 years old. The staff there is friendly and supportive.
Recently had to find a new vet as my other one was booked out and my dog needed to be seen following a trip to the ER. I stumbled upon them via google search and found great reviews, so I gave them a call. First impression over the phone was great, the lady that answered my call was very kind and personable. After a few visits we ultimately had to make the tough decision to proceed with euthanasia for my dear old Mia. Dr. Kelly and her whole team made the process the best you could hope for given the circumstances. They were so patient and caring and made sure the process didn’t feel clinical or rushed. I cannot thank them enough!!
Today we took Burnt Toast to this vet, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. The entire staff was welcoming, helpful, and incredibly informative. I had several questions, and they took the time to answer each one honestly and thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed.
It's clear that they genuinely care about both their patients and their owners. On top of the excellent care and customer service, their prices were very reasonable for a check-up. Finding a veterinary clinic that is compassionate, transparent, and affordable can be difficult, but this team exceeded our expectations.
