Alamo Hills Animal Hospital is known for its kind and caring staff, providing thorough examinations and successful treatments, including diet changes. However, some customers find their services to be overpriced, particularly for medications. The practice is praised for its skilled veterinarians and caring approach, ensuring that animals do not get traumatized during visits. The office frequently follows up on more severe situations, promptly referring patients for specialty care when needed. Customers appreciate the hospital's understanding and gentle handling of their pets, as well as the clean and fast service. The hospital is also recognized for its reasonable pricing and excellent customer service.
Wish more stars were available. Excellent, excellent, excellent. They were angels to our small Maltese, whom we had to put down, and to us. They care. They are clinically excellent and their prices are a bit lower than average. I simply can't recommend them enough.
I've been taking my senior cat here for the past year. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Eddy is very knowledgeable and has a plan to take care of my cat's allergy problem. I feel confident that Jack is getting excellent care. I highly recommend Alamo Hills Animal Hospital for your pet's vet needs.
We were only patients for about a year but loved this vet! When we had to put down our very sick 14 year rattie, Ziva the Diva, they were so kind and compassionate, and understood the difficulty of our decision. Their incredible staff later sent us a card signed by each team member. We felt wonderfully cared for both while Ziva was healthy as well as in and post death.
