I met Lilliana at HEB where the cat food and she was so so helpful and gave me the Location of SNAP & address to the SNAP Brooke City Base to get my kittens and Mama cat Spayed. Lilliana was Excellent and service of arrival, Eathin was also great!
Everyone that works here is an absolute inspiration. Smiles and courteous hospitality from all who helped me to get my Ferel cats taken care of. They treat me like I am the most important customer, every time I take my own pets or Ferel’s.
I had a great experience with SNAP at Brook City Base. Booking was super easy and there were plenty of appointment slots available. The whole process went smoothly, and the staff was so kind — they made me feel really comfortable about sending my kitten with them. His surgery was finished quickly, and I’m so happy with the care they gave him. Highly recommend
