I had a great experience with SNAP at Brook City Base. Booking was super easy and there were plenty of appointment slots available. The whole process went smoothly, and the staff was so kind ā they made me feel really comfortable about sending my kitten with them. His surgery was finished quickly, and Iām so happy with the care they gave him. Highly recommend
Making an appointment was easy. Check-in was through the phone. They text you when they were ready for you to bring in your pets, this location offered free spay and neuter for my zip code,so I had a minimal fee for nausea medication and a booster shot. Technicians were very professional and friendly, and aftercare information was thorough. Pets were ready at the end of the day.
It was so efficient and easy considering how busy they are. They were able to get my pets neutered and only spent no more than an hour waiting. Pick up was as quick and easy as drop off. Great job to the entire staff!!
