Coming from a former Palm Beach Tan employee and customer, Glo Tanning far exceeds PBT with their services and pricing. I have unlimited access to all tanning beds, spray booths, and spa services on a $100/month family plan that I share with my mom (that’s only $50 each!). I’m obsessed with the skin wellness hydration cocoon thing, it leaves my skin extremely hydrated and soft. If you’re considering visiting Glo, I highly recommend you do it!
I did deduct one star from my rating though because I think this location is just too small for the amount of business they get. I’ve visited the Rockwall location on multiple occasions at various times of the day (before noon, afternoon, during lunch, late at night) and there has been a significant wait for any service with a packed lobby every time. The employees are always very welcoming and nice, but they definitely seem overwhelmed and disorganized most of the time. No one seems to know who’s cleaning the beds, who’s checking people in and managing the wait queue, or who’s covering new sign ups/sales. I’ve had to tell one girl what services I’m wanting to do when I check in, wait, have another girl ask me what I’m waiting for, wait some more, then have a third girl ask me yet again what I’m waiting for. Because of this disorganization, there has been more times than not that a room is missing some of the extras they provide…either a robe, black bag for your clothes, a towel, or multiple items. I did the cocoon wellness bed today for the full 20 minutes (it can get up to 118’) and realized I had no towel to dry off with when I got out.
As a former manager of a tanning salon, I think assigning specific duties to each employee would help tremendously, but I know this salon is new and they’re likely just trying to gain their footing so I’m more than happy to extend them some grace. It’s great they’re getting the amount of business that they are and I’m hopeful that eventually they’ll be able to work out all the kinks. Don’t let this deter you from joining the Glo Gang though…DO IT!
My kids get treated by Heather Capps. I cannot express how great she is , her care, her attention to detail, the way she explains everything to them at their level. I would highly recommend her and I have to mention her assistant Sheila, who is so caring and understanding and breaks the ice with the kids and makes them feel comfortable. They work well together. They are both great people. We don’t feel like just another patient they actually remember what the kids have going on with their lives. I highly recommend Heather Capps, Sheila and this office. If Heather and Sheila leave this office I am following them, just saying ??♀️

SCR Inc is a fantastic company. I needed my roof replaced quickly before a sale and Cody with SCR did an amazing job. He was responsive, helpful and efficient. SCR was able to replace my roof in time for closing. This is the second time I used SCR and I would definitely both recommend them and use them again!

Actually get great fades here. I have my preferences when it comes to my hair and i never change so I've been sticking to Abby and Brittany but i have not seen a bad hair cut come out of here.

Deadstock, if you want to have a chat while your getting a haircut or a beard trim Chris is always open to any conversation and if you just want to chill and listen to music then he is always playing what you want to listen too. This place is definitely the spot to be at if you want a cut for yourself or for your kids, no matter what you will definitely come out of there looking fresh.
Needed a haircut, new to the area looking for a good old fashion barber to cut my hair. I did get to talk to Randy on the phone and was very pleasant and helpful. When I got there his son Trey was the only one there. Very nice and helpful and did a great job cutting my hair. This is a Genuine Barber shop right down to the vintage barber chairs. You can go and talk with everyone while waiting to get your hair cut. Randy has been a barber for many years and his son is just starting out but did a great job. Will return again and again.

Im from out of town and I was looking for a descent barber for my son. When we arrived the barbershop were so polite and welcoming. The atmosphere and environment was peaceful. The shop was super clean and smelled good. Looks like they keep a good attitude and maintain the shop constantly. I highly recommend this barber shop to anyone with kids or even adults. My son's haircut came out so nice. I was really happy with the outcome.

First time coming here with my 11-year-old and we had such a great experience. Everyone was so nice. I loved that they weren’t pushy at all about extra services or products like some other places can be. A few days later, I had two nails chip and came back in. Tim fixed them right away at no charge. Such great customer service. I'll definitely be back!
Kim did my pedicure and it was amazing. I got the organic pedicure with gel polish. She was very meticulous with the cuticle cleaning and did an amazing job at the massage. It also came with an amazing neck massage and a warm neck pillow. ?.
Vicky did my dip nails and she was wonderful. I’ve been to other salons that force you to add a nail tip to the top even when I ask for it to be short. Vicky does not do that. She respects my requests and does the dip on my real nails. I loved her attention to detail and care. She also gave an amazing had massage. I took my mom here before as well and they did an amazing job on her even though it was close to the end of the day.
I’ve been to tons of salons in this area. This one is the best secret. It’s a small space with only 8ish pedicure chairs but it’s not rushed, the quality is amazing, they take their time and their work is amazing. The prices are also really good. I will definitely be back again.

I don’t normally leave reviews for businesses, but I just had to. Majestic Nail Bar in Rockwall exceeded my expectations. I noticed that a lot of salons in this area doesn’t offer gel x. So you can imagine how excited I was when I found a salon in my area that offers it. I booked my appointment online, and called in to ask them if they can do my inspo. I was able to send it to their Instagram for a quote as well. For designs and gel x set I was quoted $135-$145. Other salons quoted me $200+ for both acrylic and gel x.
I was greeted by the receptionist, and had a seat in the waiting area. Yen was my tech, and I absolutely loved our session. My appointment didn’t feel rushed, and obviously her work spoke for itself. The set took about 2 hours, which was expected.
Overall it was the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon, so I definitely will be back.

This review is long overdue - I have been getting my hair done by Shanika for a few years now and most recently I requested her for a style for a business photo shot, Bee Defined Consulting. It was very important to me that I had a great professional hair style but also a style that represented me! Shanika provided me a cut, highlight, and trial style for the shoot 2 weeks before the shoot. Shanika arrive at the shoot on time and fully equipped! She got the hair done in time for the shoot and it was more than I could ask for. She also made me feel at ease throughout the shoot ready to slide in between shots to make sure my hair stayed in place for every pose - no strays! This was the first time I had used Shear Fashionista for on site services! I highly recommend her!

I loved my experience at Bashful Beaty! As most women have I have gotten my brows done at my local nail salon out of per convenience. After my last experience at the nail salon I was terrified to get them done anywhere. Bashful beauty is fair in price and I really adored the esthetician who truly listened to the things I was hoping for. Great attention to detail, clean place, and relaxing atmosphere!

I can't say enough good things about Sarah Jane and her team. When I was reaching out for quotes, Sarah Jane responded back promptly and was such a reasonably priced option. I have really thick and frizzy hair, so I was nervous my hair would be a lot to handle, but I did a hair and makeup trial for my bridals, and Sarah Jane and Madison were the sweetest. They took a photo of what I was thinking and exceeded my expectations. The communication with Tina was amazing and I loved how they sent me a detailed timeline. On our wedding day, they did a phenomenal job with my 6 bridesmaids, mom, mother-in-law, and officiant. My group had a lot of diversity with many ethnicities and they did a great job of making everyone beautiful. Everyone was so happy with how everything turned out and I received many compliments on how sweet and great all the ladies were. Highly highly recommend them.

Must do a shout out to Bob at Masters Touch Plumbing. I called Bob today with a problem that required our water to be turned off. He was booked today, but instead of making us wait, he referred us to another plumber who resolved our problem. Rather than have us wait 24 hours, he gave the job away to a great plumber who solved our issue at a very reasonable price. We have used Masters Touch in the past and I highly recommend them. The fact he passed the job off for our needs shows how professional he is. Thanks Bob!!
I called at 5:30am and Tyrone came to my home within three hours! Kari spoke with me on the phone assured me they would get me in first thing! Tyrone was beyond professional and really explained why I was having the problems I was having and explained everything in detail. Would recommend to everyone that’s needing AC repair! Got me back up and going within the hour!
Always a good job, but the new ERP/scheduling system makes In-town very Expensive vs. previous experience. Crew charged $140 line item to drive .3 miles to a supply store and pick up (2) 3/4” copper sleeves. Copper fittings s/b pretty standard on a plumbing truck. $800 job had less than $25 of material on it. They were on-site 2 hours after I called so work completed very quickly.
I think his name was Jeremy, he came to look at my hot water heater. Explained why is was beeping and took care of the situation. He was very professional and only charged me for what I needed. Didn’t need to replace the whole system.
Josh was fantastic. He explained everything. Can’t say enough good about his visit. Will always ask for Josh anytime we have a problem with our mini-splits.
I had some outlets quit working and 2 switches that did not work correctly. I put in a work request and quickly received a call from Barney. HE and Steve were able to resolve the breaker issues and fix both the switches. i am very pleased with the quality of their work. Highly recommend.
This is our 4th time using Kalin for our Frisco home. He installed a Generac generator and completed the task ahead of schedule. Now we feel secure in the event of any potential winter storm in the future. Kalin explained the best maintenance schedule for our new generator and his prices are reasonable compared to other electricians in the area. We did not feel nickled and dimed for every item. He arrived on time and took care of my home as if it was his own. I highly recommend this electrician to everyone, especially family and friends.

We hired Northstar remodeling to gut our bathroom and completely replace everything. Robert Lowrance was a perfect project manager. He worked with us, listening to my wife's request for new everything. The room was gutted to the studs and the tile floor removed. He kept us informed on the entire process with an overview and a project timeline. They took our needs and requests to heart and firmly believe he worked it as if it was his home. We came in under budget and on time. We had experienced a water leak just before we started the bathroom and upon completion of the bathroom we immediately offered the job of replacing/ repairing our hardwood floors and also the damaged vinyl floors in the dining room and home office. Upon completion of that project, we have a couple more for them if they are not booked on other projects. Very professional!

This is the second time we had Jedco Gutters replace our gutters (two different homes) and we have been happy both times they did work for us. The first time they changed the location of our existing downspouts (their idea) and improved our drainage. The second time, on a different house, they did another great job. The crew is easy to work with and were careful not to damage landscaping and stained patio. Will call again if needed in the future!

After getting multiple estimates from other companies I chose NTX not only for the responsible price but what I felt like was a detailed scope of work to be done at my home. I was emailed the elevations that were taken before work was done and after the job was complete a plumber came out to provide me with a final inspection and an engineering company gave me a final with new elevations. The crew was quick and respectful of my property while doing the work and put everything back together before leaving. I feel like I made the right choice with NTX and my foundation issues are hopefully behind me.

It is very difficult to find pest control without a contract. I am glad that they got rid of the wasps without a contract. Plus everyone was professional and friendly!
Contacted Lasting Impressions to setup an appointment and Harold Jones (owner) responded within minutes. We met and within a couple days he had our initial design. We reviewed and made a couple small changes. His crew started work a few days later and completed our landscaping in a day. They did a great job and we highly recommend Lasting Impressions.

They came out to take a very large 50 foot tree that had fallen onto my roof… Very difficult job. They came in like a military operation with at least 5-6 guys. Heavy equipment as well. They did an incredible job! These guys are pros! They did an amazing clean up job as well. I will always use these guys going forward ….

Went to Airrosti for an AC joint injury from mountain biking. Dr. Ulrich and staff are great! The exercises and overall protocol are very user-friendly and started improving my range of motion almost immediately. 5-6 weekly visits and I was approved for discharge. Highly recommend.

We have been coming to T3 since earlier this year, due to chronic ear/sinus infections for my daughter. Dr. Weak was awesome. I had a rib injury that wasn't getting any better after a little over two weeks so someone recommended me here. It turned out to be dislocated and he had it diagnosed and reset it in one appointment. I had a follow up a few days later but by then I was completely pain free and good to go. I'm definitely coming back in the future for anything else.

At first I didn't know what to think when we came in to the team and doctors at Rockwall Injury Rehab & Chiropractic. The first visit is the heavy and intensive paperwork day and initial evaluation, but once you cross that, it's streamlined, well organized, and well run.
After day one, you walk in, log the time and your name, and fill out a form. You take that and walk to the back where PT assistants get you clocked in and started on your designated routine of physical therapy. After that you sign your time log, and then you're in line to get your adjustment. I can only rave about...we called her Dr Boo. Amazing doctor/chiropractor. She listens to what you're experiencing and tailors the adjustment to you.
When we finally concluded our physical therapy, we were sad to go. We filled out the final exit form and my youngest wrote that while they hated coming here, they would miss the staff the most; they are what made it worth coming!

Dr. Barlow is a fantastic chiropractor who has treated my family for over 3 years now. He is fantastic with kids, actually listens to my problems. Anytime I have headaches or just general muscle tightness, his adjustments and muscle work has cleared me right up. A year ago I had some pretty severe sciatica and after a few treatments from Dr. Barlow, my pain was completely gone. 100% would recommend for you and your family.

I have enjoyed coming to Turner Chiropractic for two years. I have been coming here before I had children, throughout my pregnancies, and after care. Adjustments are made according to my needs. Dr. Turner has recently added Juan Vidales D.C., to his team and I believe he is a great addition. Shout out to Summer for always going above and beyond. She’s the best. This team is amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of adjustments and care.
Love that not only is Dr Saucier an excellent dermatologist, but she and her office are approachable and kind. In addition, all of my appts have run on time and I never have had to wait any extended period of time like I have at other offices. They are organized, efficient, and ready!!
My kids get treated by Heather Capps. I cannot express how great she is , her care, her attention to detail, the way she explains everything to them at their level. I would highly recommend her and I have to mention her assistant Sheila, who is so caring and understanding and breaks the ice with the kids and makes them feel comfortable. They work well together. They are both great people. We don’t feel like just another patient they actually remember what the kids have going on with their lives. I highly recommend Heather Capps, Sheila and this office. I was a little nervous, but once the doctor came in and the nurse, it calmed me down they were both very nice and cheerful. I would only say they needed socks for us. After being there sometime, my feet were very cold. .
My family has been taking our pets here since the late 70s. It’s still as great service now as it was then. I took my brothers dog in and things went smoothly. We were treated really well. In and out quickly. his dog was a little leery when we got there. When they brought her out, she almost didn’t want to leave due to attention and great care she got from the staff.
Words cannot fully express the appreciation I have for Dr. Bright and her team. We have trusted her with two of our dogs, and today we had to say goodbye to one of them.
Dr. Bright sat with us and explained everything step by step, giving us the time, clarity, and compassion we needed in such a difficult moment. One of the techs also came in just to love on our sweet boy before it was time, taking time out of his own schedule simply to comfort us.
They made an incredibly hard day as peaceful as it could possibly be, and for that, I will always be thankful. The kindness and care they showed our family will never be forgotten.

The best vet clinic ever! I had 3 small dogs 15, 14, and 16, and they have passed, now I take Harley (of Quinn) my mini Aussie and my Ferrett Buster there. They are great with my animals and not only give great care, but love and compassion and I'm so glad I started going there when my daughter in law worked there!

I took my dog Zuko yesterday because his vet couldn’t get him in. From the moment we walked in everyone was so friendly and caring. Dr Lomeli was so good with Zuko. I would absolutely use them again.

I am not one to write reviews but Oil and Grace deserves so many praises.I had my massage with Velvet, at the beginning of our session she attentively listen to my concerns and what I would like to get out of the session.I would like to mention that I have ADHD and cannot sit still for very long but Velvet’s magical hands had me in her massage bed for 1:30. The whole experience from cleanliness, knowledge, communication was absolutely excellent. I have been to many high end spa’s in the Dallas area and nothing has compared to to service I received at Oil and Grace.5 stars is not enough for my appreciation. I will definitely be back soon!!P.S. her massage table has an adjustment for lady parts so your Tata’s are not being smooshed while you’re trying to relax !!

This was such an amazing experience. Charlotte was a fantastic masseuse, and handled firm and light pressures perfectly! She also did pressure point holds on my traps and that felt really relieving. All around such a great massage, and could not recommend Charlotte enough. Booking the appointment was super easy as well, and the paper work didn't take long when I got there.

Our daughter Ariana is a dancer. She had just experienced her first dance injury when we were referred to Dr. Emily Hedges at Athletico. Emily specializes in physical therapy for dancers, so she was a perfect fit to help and guide Ariana through her healing process and journey! Emily understood her better than a doctor without a dance background and guided us every step of the way. We highly recommend Dr. Hedges to anyone who has sustained any injury, but specially to dancers who are seeking care. We cannot praise her enough. The physical therapist were amazing they really are they get to know you they greet you soon as you walk through the door they make sure that you’re doing your therapy the right way they watch they want you to get better. This is their job and just by watching the therapist there, I’ve watched them all, and they all are truly Hard workers very pleasant to be around you get the job done. The rest depends on yourself. I would choose this place over and over if I have to go back they truly care
My current chiropractor referred me to come and see Dr. T for acupuncture and I have to say I was very happy. Both Dr T and Dr Barlow are amazing, will take the time to understand what is going on and how they can help. Besides that they won’t rush you they truly care for you in the personal level.
