WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. We purchased a home on Willomet in Oak Cliff on June. Foundation 'repairs' had been completed in April for the sellers. After the 'repairs', the house still sloped towards the back and was not level. As we removed flooring and were able to see the 'repairs' we found lots of shoddy work that would require repair. Floor beans and joists were split, cut, and not attached, but just resting on, the cross beams under the house. They charged $8,000 and nothing was useful or done well enough that we would retain it.
