This was my first time here, and every single person we interacted with was amazing. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and prepared to answer all of my questions and concerns.
My dad had to bring my dog in for me, and he doesn’t speak English, but the staff was incredibly patient and helpful with him. They also made sure I was kept informed about everything that was happening through texts and phone calls. Even though I couldn’t be there in person, I never felt out of the loop and really appreciated how communicative they were throughout the entire process.

If you go to a business and they are extremely busy there is a reason for that. It is because they are great. The staff at Rockwall Urgent Vet are very professional and they have answers to your questions. I waited a few hours but definitely worth it. They treat my dogs very well. I will always go to Rockwall Urgent Vet.
