Massage Envy

Massage Envy, located in Rockwall, TX, offers massage, skin care, and total body stretch services. The business employs skilled massage therapists who are dedicated and talented in their work. Tieasha is praised as the best therapist, known for her fluid technique and perfect pressure. Another therapist, Dwyane, creates a relaxing and soothing atmosphere, making it easy for clients to fall asleep during their sessions. Charlotte is also highlighted as a fantastic masseuse, expertly handling both firm and light pressures, and providing relieving pressure point holds. The music during massages enhances the calming environment.

In addition to massages, Massage Envy provides skin care services including facials. However, there have been billing issues reported by customers. One customer experienced a $60 charge two days after a facial due to a change in the appointment from a facial to a microdermabrasion service. This customer raised concerns about the unauthorized charge and the lack of communication from the manager. This was the second time this customer faced issues at this location, leading them to decide not to renew their contract at the end of the year.

On a positive note, Alicia, the manager, is recognized for her helpfulness. Clients appreciate the professionalism of the front desk staff. Overall, Massage Envy's services contribute to total body wellness and a healthy lifestyle, supported by exceptional therapists like Amy and Emmi, and a welcoming environment.
