Emmie is phenomenal! Some massage therapists have 'a calling' to do what they do, and Emmie is definitely walking in her calling! She deserves praise AND a raise! Just sayin'! Good job employing her, M.E. Rockwall, TX! She's amazing and your front desk staff is great too!

I had a massage here from Justin and I can say it was probably my best massage ever. I needed a lot of work done on my back and he had a perfect amount of pressure and backed off when it hurt and was overall just very versatile with his pressure. He also had music that wasn’t the usual massage music, which is the first time I’ve ever seen that. It was very cool and relaxing and I really enjoyed it, music is my favorite thing. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in town.

I had a facial and it was nice. I decided to do a little extra for myself. Then 2 days later they charged my card $60 dollars more!! I called and the girl told me the manager just stepped away and she would call me back. I waited 3 hours. Then I said to hell with that and called back! They were charging me twice because the gal changed my appointment from a 90min facial to a microdermabrasion. And they said that the $183 I already paid didn’t cover the add-ons. I said if that doesn’t cover the add-ons those better be wonder add-ons!! But how do they feel they can just charge someone’s card two days later?? They did fix it but this is the second time I have had issues...read full review
