Randy's Barber Shop is a traditional barbershop with vintage chairs and a friendly atmosphere. The barber, Randy, is experienced and takes the time to understand what his customers want. His son, also a barber, is beginning his career and does a great job. Conversations with Randy are interesting and he has a longtime connection to the local area. Customers appreciate the high-quality haircuts and enjoy their visits, looking forward to returning.
I walked in and was immediately greeted by Randy and his son, with a smile. The place has history and Randy shared a great conversation about the history of the location. I got my beard trimmed for $5. Didn’t realize it was cash only, and Randy said “Pay me now, pay me tomorrow, or pay me in a month.. that’s how we do business”
After I got my beard trimmed, I walked over to the ATM and paid them $20. I would come back here any time simply because of how well I was treated.
Went here yesterday to get my son’s first haircut. I was nervous about cutting my son’s long curls, but everything turned out wonderful. The barber with long brown hair was incredible with my 1 year old and my son’s haircut is exactly what I wanted! Sweetest barber, great haircut, great price. So glad we went here!
We tried another fancy salon in Rockwall first, but they ignored us for almost 30 minutes, so we finally left. Tried another barber in town and he said he can’t do kids hair. That’s fair. First time here and Randy did an amazing job on my son’s haircut. $16 for a haircut and good ole conversations like it used to be when I was a kid in the early 80’s.
