Went to another haircut chain yesterday that botched my fade, Stephanie did a great job fixing me up!Also was able to witness Guy with beard and glasses ( didn’t catch name) graciously attend to a family with special needs.As a Public school educator who works with kids it was awesome to see!

The quality, care, & outcome of a hair cut here depends on what stylist you get auto-assigned to, & it's the luck of the draw as to who you get... You need to be able to pick which 1 you want, not just next available; which is currently not an option on their app or in person... ?‍♀️

Nelly cut my son's hair for the 1st time and she did a really good job. He has super curly hair, so she asked me lots of questions about what style we were trying to have it grow into. She was very attentive to his hair texture, curl patterns and where her abilities were dealing with curls. I appreciated her taking her time and giving me helpful feedback on what to do and where to look to help us achieve our goal.Kelley cut my daughter's hair about a month ago for the 1st time and she also did a really good job.
