I’m 60 years old but still enjoy participating in competitive track and field. I’ve had my share of injuries and setbacks over the past three years. Participating in a variety of events; 200m, 400m, 800m and running long jump - I struggled to make it for more than 2-3 weeks without a hamstring, quad or foot injury.
