Our backyard desperately needed a makeover (grass was barely growing/super muddy and weeds galore) and we had gotten a good amount of quotes from several companies for pavers and turf. Legacy Custom Pavers was the last company we had gotten a quote from - we stopped at them because we had no doubt from the moment we met and talked to them that they genuinely cared about helping our yard transform, put their hearts into what they do, and were already brainstorming different ideas and paver designs that are best suited for our backyard. Michael, Robby, and Jeremy were very knowledgeable and personable. Affordable pricing was bonus- what sold us was just knowing that we were in good hands with this company. We trusted the end result would be worth every penny. Sure enough- from the very first consult meeting to the day of the yard makeover, everything moved seamlessly. Michael was very timely in his responses and follow up. My husband and I couldn't believe we were able to have our yard transformed so quickly. Legacy Custom Pavers team had planned 2 days for the job and actually ended up finishing it in one day. The entire team who came out on that day was on time, professional, and extremely efficient. “We had some wind damage on our roof and had some shingles lift up in some areas in the recent weather. I reached out to James at Triumph Roofing and he was quick at responding and communicating with me on coming out and looking at our roof. He explained the extent of damage and how to understand my homeowners insurance in relation to the damage.He came out and looked over the roof and took some pictures and was able to give me a quick quote for the work that needed to be done. After we received it via email and signed all the document electronically which was super easy, he quickly had the roofer come out and take care of the damage.The roofer was thorough and showed us the before and after pictures of the process. We are really happy with the work that was done and it was really an easy process. Though unexpected we are grateful for the EXCELLENT customer service and QUALITY work that we received.“

“We used Master Mastic years ago for the mastic around our pool and home so when it was time to update it, we gave them a call. Since they require you be home the entire time they are working and they don't provide you a window of when they will arrive, you basically need to be available all day. They were booked months out so we were put on their wait list. I'd receive a text saying I was scheduled and if the date didn't work I'd reply "no" and be put back on the waitlist. *the person-to-person communication is basically non-existent from this point forward. When I finally had a date that worked, I received a text the day of saying they'd be arriving in 10min. At 8am that's not a lot of time to change out of my pjs! The guys knocked on the door said they'd be doing the work and could I open the gate so they could get to the backyard. I met them in the back to show them one area we were concerned about, they quickly put me at ease and said they had it. They got to work and knocked it out quick! It would have been nice if they'd have knocked on the door to let me know they were done though. I only knew they'd finished because I got an email with the bill*. I will say the quantity of sand used on the mastic was excessive. It rained 48hours after our job and the sand spread everywhere. It's a beast to clean up, especially out of the pool! A full vacuum is required - so be prepared! Master Mastic did a great job, it all looks wonderful and the color they chose matches our home perfectly. *the only item we ran into was the final bill. We used the same measurements of our pool and patio as when they'd done our home the last time, the only new measurements were our driveway. The crew that arrived said the actual measurement of our garage was less than what they'd quoted us so our final bill should go down. It didn't. When I emailed I got a curt response saying while the garage was less, somehow the other areas were more than they were last time so they actually did me a favor by not increasing the bill. I was appreciative but confused on how two areas they measured last time had someone become more this time around, I got no response. I think we would still use Master Mastic in the future because the quality and longevity of their work is good, but I'll be better prepared for the customer service.“

Complete service from selecting materials, design collaboration, installation, & customer acceptance, this company is head & shoulders above the rest. I was able to select all materials for our master bath at they're location, plan the execution with the owner & office manager with ease. We did a complete tear out down to the studs. New floors, expanded shower with glass enclosure, (removal of 2 pony walls), new cabinets, new jacuzzi tub, new wall mirror, plumbing, & hardware. It is now the jewel of our home, & so enjoyable to use. I admit I am not a novice at remodeling & know the pitfalls that can occur if the wrong contractor is selected. Check them out, if you want a professional job with attention to details because the devil is in the details.“

He walked me through troubleshooting my gate and we were easily able to get my gate working again.
