Nima (the owner) came over and provided us suggestions and eventually details estimation which reasonable to us. Based on our timeline, Nima managed to arrange resources to start almost immediately within 2 weeks. Throughout the preparation and remodel in progress, Nima and his office provide frequent follow up communications. The remodel progress really well and the contractors kept my home protected with minimum construction dirt/debris. Estimated 4 weeks, but the entire job completed in about 3.5 weeks. Their samples don't match the tile in stock, they have very small supplies on hand, and employees were uninformed and not much help.
